Review: When you purchase this product, you are not told that your credit card will be charged monthly for additional supplies of the product until you have already purchased the product. They collect your credit card information, process your sale, and after that has been done, then in very tiny print in a very long disclosure (at the bottom), they inform you that your credit card will be charged monthly unless you cancel within a very short trial period. Then you have to pay to ship their product back. I consider this very deceitful advertising.Desired Settlement: I hope that this company is shut down. I should have done this prior to ordering, but after I looked on the web and found pages and pages of complaints about this company.
The website for this company boasts a "Worry Free 30 day Money Back Guarantee", but it's complete bogus. They don't send anything in with the order or on your confirmation email listing their website or the fact they really want you to cancel in 14 days of PURCHASE and they are still going to charge you 79.95 if cancelled. The terms claim you can send back your unused portion for a refund w/in 30 days, but when you ask they say you cannot. I told them I was going to dispute this charge and the representative actually said "almost all of our customers do and they get their money back from the bank and we get to keep the money we charged." I then told him he was knowingly taking advantage of the bank and the customer and that I would file a complaint. He called back and offered me a 70% refund so that I wouldn't have to go through the hassle and process with my bank. I told him I would not be satisfied w/anything less than a full refund (less my shipping as promised in the ad). He said ok, have a nice day.
Review: The terms and conditions were not clear, nor were they sent with my supposed "free trial." I was then charged $84.14 for the supposed "free trial." This product made me physically ill - vomiting. Not only this but the customer service lady I spoke with was not only rude, but did not listen to what I was saying and frequently interrupted me. When I explained that it had made me sick she kept saying that it didn't do that with others and was incredibly rude and not understanding. I asked for the supervisor and the customer service rep told me that this information was confidential and I could not speak with the manager.Desired Settlement: I want my $84.14 refunded in full as soon as possible.
Pure Life Garcinia Cambogia. I just got charged $85 for a 30 day supply of this supplement. I signed up to a "FREE TRIAL" Yeah right! There is nothing on this when you sign up for it that if you dont like the product within 14 days from the order date you have to call to cancel and send back the product. Nothing on my receipt either. You have to scroll to the bottom of the actual web page to see their terms and conditions. After going round and round the houses with some robot woman reading a script she finally managed to explain that I am not getting another shipment, but that the $85 charge was for the original order that I didn't call to cancel. So... By all means give it a go.. Just know that if you do not call to cancel before the 14 days from original order placement you will be charged.. And not only that, you then have to send it back anyway.. So its not even free to start with! I feel completely ripped off by their underhanded website that they are clearly trying to trick people with. The product is not worth $85 as well they know. You can get the same thing on Amazon for half the price. I obviously understand that ther terms and conditions are what they are. But I disagree with the way they set up their site to deliberately trick people into thinking they are getting a free trial.
Review: This company offers a free 14 day trial for their products. The 14 day trial begins when you place the order, not as of the date you receive the product. I believe this is ethically irresponsible and deceptive. I placed an order, which was shipped from Santa Ana, CA on March 6, 2015. I received the product around March 8. I believe that a trial period is the time in which you have to try the product, with no obligation. My account was debited a total of $168.94 for two products, Garcinia Cambogia and Green Coffee Detox on 3/19/2015, which would only give me 11 days to try the product.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and I think they should change the 14 day trial to begin when you actually have the product in hand. How can you try something when you don't have it in your possession?

Review: I called on October 13th to return a product and was told the refund amount would be $70.47, which is $14 less than the purchase amount. At that time I was told that was a restocking fee for the return but if I send the bottle back my account would be credited $70.47 (original price was $84.47). No one during our phone conversation mentioned there was a deadline to process the return to get the credit amount or that there was a limited guarantee/return time. The return RMA# [redacted] was picked up by the post office on 10/22 and was received by the company on 10/26. When I called today to see why there has been NO refund processed I was told it had to be return had to be received by 10/18. NO ONE mentioned this when I called on 10/13, I was able to return the item within 10 days of the call. When I called today the associate was trying to negotiate a lower refund amount. I find it very concerning that every time you contact this company they come up with another excuse as to why your refund amount should be less. The associate today tried to negotiate a 40% refund, then 50% refund, then 60% refund while I was STILL asking for the $70.47 refund which was settled on during our initial conversation on October 13th. The associate finally ONLY offered a credit of $42.23 which is not acceptable given the original refund amount of $70.47. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no one was available and no one could offer me the correct refund of $70.47. I suggested they may want to train their associates better so they are more competent and able to communicate the policies to customers better. NO ONE mentioned a limited return window during our return conversation which leads me to believe the company is acting fraudulently to deceive others into returning merchandise that they can no longer receive a refund for.Desired Settlement: Refund for the mutually agreed on amount from October 13 of $70.47 applied to my credit card ASAP.
Review: On November 30, 2014, I ordered a weight loss product online that was recommended by [redacted]. I thought the one bottle price was $39.99 so I ordered it. As soon as it was confirmed through my e-mail the next day with a cost of $198.00, I realized I had made a mistake. That was the cost of one bottle if I ordered five bottles. I immediately called the number I was found for customer service ([redacted]) and told them I did not want the product. I told them I didn't have that much money in my bank account for that; I had bills that needed to be paid. I am retired and on a fixed income. At any rate, I was told it was too late to cancel but that when the product arrived I could return it and get my refund. The money was taken from my bank account on December 2nd. When the package came, I simply returned it to sender without even opening it. That was in December. It is now March and I have not received my refund so tonight, March 12th, at around 4:00 p.m., I called the number given for contact. I asked why I had not yet been given a refund, and I was told that I was apparently supposed to call them when I received the package to get a number to place on the outside of the package. If I was told that, I don't remember it. The customer service representative told me there is nothing that can be done as I didn't follow their rules. I asked if there was someone higher up to whom I could speak, and she said no, that there's no way for me to reach the company as this agency is the company's middle man. A company canNOT just steal money like that, and that is what they have, in essence done. I want my money refunded. They have had it since December.
Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter [redacted]Desired Settlement: As I have already stated, I want a refund of my $198.00. They can simply return it to my bank account or they can send me a check.

Review: I recently ordered the Pure Life Garcinia Cambogia extract and Pure Life Green Coffee extract on a mobile device after seeing an advertisement on Facebook. Not only were the terms nowhere to be found on the mobile site, at no point in the ordering process was I required to acknowledge understanding and agreement to the terms, which are OUTRAGEOUS. From the company website: "If you are satisfied with Pure Life Garcinia Cambogia, then do nothing and We will bill $84.47 approximately 15 days after you placed the order for your trial shipment."
Is that supposed to be an added benefit, that my "free trial" has now turned into a monthly subscription that I DIDN'T SIGN UP FOR, at the cost of almost $90 per month? Although I realize I should have looked harder for the terms before committing to the trial, once I discovered this fine print I immediately followed the instructions listed on the website by calling to cancel.
After being on hold for 7 minutes, I was greeted by an overly enthusiastic customer service representative (Veronica) who quickly became less than happy about my wanting to end the trial. She gave me a sales pitch about the great benefits she was sure I would have by continuing to use the product for another week at "probably *5%." I'm not sure what type of company has "probable" pricing - wait, yes I am, an unethical one. As if the conversation wasn't already headed for disaster, she had the nerve to ask me why I was so "closed minded" about using the product and suggested I just wait another week past the end of the trial when products "might be 50% off." This would have renewed my subscription, which she failed to mention.
Needless to say I had to resort to rudeness to make her understand why this company is a sham. It's the holiday season, and the last thing I wanted to do was waste money on shipping TWICE by believing an ad promising a "free trial" of products which have now cost me almost $*5 without taking a single supplement.Desired Settlement: I don't want future customers to make the same mistake that I did, and hope that this company will be required to more openly disclose the true terms of the trial products. The products were sent back unopened, and I should not be responsible for any of the costs I have incurred to ship and re-ship these supplements.

Review: Money was deducted from my bank I called and was told Iwould have a full reimbursement in 2 to 3 business days its now been 2 weeks and iI have not yet received the payment. And I get hung up on when I call and ask about itDesired Settlement: I just want the $79.95 they took from me.. I have the confirmation number and everything. I'd just like them to do as they said they would
Review: I ordered two products from this company on-line based on an advertisement that you could get a 30 supply for the cost of shipping. I ordered two different products with this understanding. The company charged me shipping for the products on June 5, 2015. On June 19, 2015 this company charged me an additional $83.47 and $84.47 for these two products. When I contacted the company they stated that I had not ordered 30 day supply for the cost of shipping but rather a 30 day supply with a 14 day trial period. They stated when I did not call and cancel within 14 days I became responsible for the entire 30 day supply at regular cost. I spoke to the company today, explaining that was not what I understood when I placed the order. The company offered me a 25% discount to not cancel the order now. I declined this offer. They then offered me a 50% discount to not cancel the order today. I do not trust the company or the product so I declined this offer as well. The company provided me a RMA number for each order but stated in addition the postage already paid and postage to return the item I would be responsible for a restocking fee of $14 per item ($28 total)Desired Settlement: Refund for charges already charged on my account to include postage as the order was falsely advertised. Additionally, I do not want to be charged any restocking fee as I do not trust the company or the product so I am not satisfied with these two products. Additionally, I do not feel this company should be permitted to advertise in such a misleading way in the future.
*BEWARE* This company is obviously operating fraudulently by scamming buyers into purchasing trial bottles so they can charge them $85 for the "free trial" by saying the buyer didn't cancel in time. My wife ordered a trial bottle and never received it and then of course 14 days after this company charged my credit card for 2 separate shipping charges ($6.94 & $5.94) they put through another charge for $84.74.
First problem is the website states the s/h charge is $3.95 according to the terms & conditions page. So not only did they charge the wrong amount for shipping they did it TWICE.
Second I emailed this company on September 28th stating I did not authorize $84.74 to be charged to my credit card and explained it is a little difficult to try a product if you haven't received the product. I asked for confirmation that the 2 incorrect shipping charges would be refunded as well as the $84.74 since they were not authorized or correct.
Of course the response from the company is a blanket email response saying the account has been cancelled and I won't incur any future charges or shipments. That is fine except the fact they failed to mention the refund for the charges most importantly the one for $84.74 that I never authorized in the first place.
I email yet again asking for a conformation regarding the refund and I received a response from the company with my original message copied and pasted as their reply.
It is clear this company is fraudulent and I will be disputing the charges directly with my credit card company so at least they will have to pay a fee for that!
Stay far away from this company unless you wish to deal with scam artists looking to make money off you.
Review: This company did a bait and switch. Said free 30 supply and only pay shipping and handling on pure life garcinia Cambogia and pure life green coffee. Was charged $5.95 apiece which is what I agreed to pay. Then a short period of time later my debit card was charged again an additional fee of $87.47 and $84.57 for the same said product. Called them up and they were extremely rude and did not care. My bank alerted me of this transaction as a fraud alert. Please help me as I am unable to afford a lawyer to go after them. I never would of agreed to this as I am unable to afford such an expenditure.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back.

Review: I wished to cancel my subscription for two separate products with this company (Garcinia cambogia and [redacted]). They last withdrew funds from my account on December 28, 2015. I called in early January and cancelled my monthly subscription for both products and was told that if I returned both products to the address that they provided me with (which is the same as on website and listed in this complaint), with the RMA number for both products on the package, that they would refund me for both items upon reception (minus a ~$14 repackaging fee each).
I did as requested and upon tracking my package was notified that it was undeliverable to address, I called in again on January 21st and spoke with agent [redacted] who told me that they must have changed the address JUST after I shipped it but that he would refund me anyways. Two days later I received a refund for only one of the items but not the other.
Today (January 25th) I called in again and spoke to agent [redacted] to inquire about this and was told that there was an error and they could/would not refund me for the second product but that they were very sorry there is nothing that they could do. She gave me no alternative options to get my money back and basically told me there was a connection error and that I won't be receiving that second refund (which is for $69.00). After I insisted that she speak with her supervisor to find an alternative solution or to explain to my why exactly they were withholding my second refund she said there was nothing to be done again and gave me a very confusing and insufficient explanation/apology.
Essentially, I have spent this entire month trying to resolve this issue with this company and they have given me nothing but grief about cancelling and processing my refunds even though I have done everything they asked. There have been "errors" at every turn possible on their end.
RMA numbers: [redacted] (garcinia)
[redacted])
USPS tracking: [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the second product just as I was for the first. I would also like it to be made public knowledge the shady nature of this company and the incredibly poor customer service I have received. They have made so many errors and been so shady that I am getting a new debit card to ensure they don't "accidentally" charge me again in the future.
I was supposed to be refunded a total of $139.84 for the two products and have only received $70.47.
Review: I ordered a free trial bottle of pure life garcinia cambogia which was only supposed to have a charge of $5.95 for shipping. Come to find out later there was a charge of $87.47 on my credit card which I did not agree to. I called and talked to the customer service department and they pretty much told me I was out of luck and I had agreed to that. I spoke with [redacted]. and [redacted]. After I told them I was going to report them to the Revdex.com I received an email saying they were going to fully refund me the $87.47. I do not see any pending withdrawal of charges. I would say as a consumer this company is not operating with forthright standards and needs to be looked into. Very little information is included in their emails about how to contact them. There is another address on the bottle that reads as follows:Pure Life Garcinia Cambogia, Tampa Florida 33609 Number is :###-###-####.I believe this company is some kind of scam to prey on consumers. Please look into this matter. Thank you.[redacted]###-###-####Desired Settlement: Refund
