I ordered the product based on positive feedback on FB I called at the end of the day trial period as I did not feel the product worked and was charged the full price I asked to cancel future orders and received a confirmation number They then billed my account again weeks later and sent the product When I called in, the customer service rep was rude and told me I would have to send it back at my cost When I voiced that I should not have to pay for it, she accused me of trying to get free products (even though I had cancelled weeks prior), told me,"you better watch your tone", put me on hold for several minutes and then proceeded to transfer me I was not happy with the product but have never experienced worse customer service
