Review: Pure Slim Garcinia does not provide their customers with clear, readily accessible information as to the cost of their products, terms and conditions of their product, or the return policy. While the information is presented to you when you order the product it is not included when you receive confirmation of your order via email nor when your order arrives. Unless you call the company (and you may have long hold times, be told the business is closed, or have your call dropped) you are not told the terms and conditions. For example, my invoice indicated that I was charged $4.95 for a 14 day trial (they send you 30 days worth). No where on the invoice or on your order confirmation do they tell you that they will charge you an additional $87.84 for the product.No product should be allowed to be shipped out to a customer without including information as to the true product cost, terms and conditions, or how to make a return. I returned the product comepletly sealed and unused and am being told that I will not get a refund. I would like to speak to a company representative and be refunded the cost of the product, especially when I returned (postmarked 8/8/2014 and delivered 8/11/2014) it less than 30 days from the time that I placed the original order (7/23/2014). How can a trial period be allowed to begin prior to a product/service even being provided? How can you be charged for future goods and services without being provided the terms and conditions as part of your order/records?Desired Settlement: I was charged $4.95 for a 14 day trial that began the day I ordered 7/23/2014. I understand that this was the shipping cost. I was charged an additional $87.84 8/11/2014. I would like a refund for $87.84 for the product that I retunrned at my cost completely sealed and unused. Neither my order confirmation nor the invoice that came with the product told me any information whatsoever about future costs, the return policy or process. The company should not be allowed to do that!

I ordered the product based on positive feedback on FB. I called at the end of the 14 day trial period as I did not feel the product worked and was charged the full price. I asked to cancel future orders and received a confirmation number. They then billed my account again 3 weeks later and sent the product. When I called in, the customer service rep was rude and told me I would have to send it back at my cost. When I voiced that I should not have to pay for it, she accused me of trying to get free products (even though I had cancelled 3 weeks prior), told me,"you better watch your tone", put me on hold for several minutes and then proceeded to transfer me. I was not happy with the product but have never experienced worse customer service.

Review: I purchased a 14 day trial for $4.95 which states it is a 30 day supply. I placed this order on July 22 and received the package 4 days later. I called on Aug. 7, 2014 (which was 16 days after the order) to cancel this membership and was told I would half to pay $87.84. I was told if I cancel today and pay $43.86 today they would cancel my membership and never bill me again. I believe this is a misrepresentation of advertising when it says there is a 14 day trial but the trial period is from the date that you order. I wasn't actually able to try the product for 14 days. They did claim that I could have called and extended by trial period but on my receipt it is stated as a 14 day trial. I believe I should be able to use the product for 14 days. I was told if I did not agree to pay the $43.86 today they would send it to collections today.Desired Settlement: I just want to cancel this order/membership and not be charged anything further.

Specifically, this customer placed their order on 7/22/14. This is when they paid the

initial $4.95 for shipping, and marks the start of their 14-day trial period.

Since we did not receive a request for cancelation and/or a returned product

during the allotted trial period, our system attempted to charge the customer

for the full-month’s supply on the 15th day, 8/5/14, when the trial period ended.

However, we we unable to process this payment as the customer’s card was declined.

We have yet to collect for the full price of the product, which is still in the customer’s

pocession. Our collections department had reached out to [redacted] because

to-date she has received a full month supply of PureSlimGarcinia for free, only

paying the $4.95 for shipping and handling. Our processing system requires that

a customer make at least a 50% payment towards an account that has been

declined before cancellation of the account.

We apologize for the misunderstanding, and I have personally

overridden the system settings to cancel the customer’s account per her

request. However, we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that

our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process

their orders.

Review: When I ordered I did not realize this was an auto ship program, my mistake. When I tried the product it did not work and so I do not want it. They provide a phone number for contact and their website tells you to call it. I did multiple times. The phone is picked up, goes to a canned music program, and no one ever answers the phone. I've put the phone on speaker and waited more than an hour without ever speaking to any one. After multiple times ad 2 more shipments I found a website and emailed that 5/5/2015 noting that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com.

They have agreed to cancel the "subscription" but will not allow the sealed product to be returned nor refund money. My $4.95 purchase has become nearly $300. I find their practices to be deceptive and a scam because they make it nearly impossible to cancel.Desired Settlement: The return of 2 months of product (new and sealed) and the refund of 2 month of all charges to my credit card.

Review: I placed an order for a trial product the order was placed on 2/6/15 debited out of my checking account on 2/10/15 . I received the product, and 87.84 was debited out of my account on 2/21/15. I never received a 14 day trial period to even try the product to see if it worked or if I liked it., from the time I placed my order and received it they had already taken the money out of my account. This is poor business practice and and would not even help me in getting a refund. This company doesn't allow you time to pay for the product, receive it in the mail and try it out before they take your money. Even if the trial period started when they deducted the funds from my account I would still be within the 14 day trial period. I think it is ridiculous that they start their trial period from the date you place your order, what if it takes 14 days for you to receive it, does that make it right that you are now obligated to a monthly subscription? NO. I spoke with [redacted] at first and she was not helpful. so I asked to speak with a manager, I was on hold for 15 min. Review: I ordered a bottle (30 supply) Pure Slim garcinia FREE Trial on 08/01 thru an advertise on [redacted] which stated that I only have a minute or so to complete my order to qualify for the free trial and ONLY have to pay $4.95 for shipping. I received the product , used it.. and very disappointed.. did not worked at all... but that is not the point... I noticed on my statement account that I was charged $87.84 for the product after 14 days I called customer service on the very next morning and was told that they will not refund my money, because there is a Term and Conditions somewhere on the web.. and I agree to be charged the 87 dollars... I attpted to cancel any subscription today, but was told it was too late and that my 14 days started the day I placed the

Order, even though I did not have the product to try.

My 14 days is not up until tomorrow. And I would like my money returned and this company should not be selling products or get away with scamming people like this.

On Feb 9 of this year I signed up for what I thought I was a free 30-day trial of Pure Slim Garcinia. I was surprised to get a charge for $87.84 fifteen days later, on Feb 23. I called Pure Slim to correct the matter and discovered that the wording on their website was more correctly interpreted as a 30-day supply with a 14-day trial (not a free trial), after which the billing begins. I told the man on the phone to cancel the order, for both this and the Pro Green Coffee that I had requested at the same time. He said they would not take back the unused product and they would not reverse the billing but that my order was cancelled and future product would not arrive. In yesterday's mail I received more product. This morning I called to complain, to remind them that I've cancelled, and to arrange to return the product for a refund. They told me that because their computer system did not show that I ever called to cancel the order, that I could not have ever done so. They said they do not take returns and they do not issue refunds. I am very frustrated that the first call did not sever the link with these people. I feel that I will not know if this cancellation call will be sufficient or if I will receive yet another billing next month. I do NOT recommend ever giving these people your credit card number.

Review: I ordered purse slim garcinia via facebook. The ad that popped showed testimonials. Then on the bottom it showed try it for 14 days and to just click on the order button. The detailed terms and conditions were not disclosed at this time. Neither was it disclosed upon order confirmation via email or upon receipt of the initial package with the invoice/packing slip. I was curious why it was a 14 days trial when they sent a 30 day supply. I wasn't even sure how to order anything in the future. I thought I would get notified to order additional product. I didn't see any prices anywhere with the initial ad nor with the initial invoice.

Well, later, I received a package with another order and a bill for $87.84 for each product. That was a shock! My husband mentioned to me that we had been charged last month for the same $87.84 for each product. I thought he was confused.... Well, I went to the website after I got the 2nd invoice and finally was able to read the terms and conditions that I supposedly agreed to via facebook ad.

I think this is a very misleading tactic and these details should be disclosed to the consumer clearly along the way. We should not have to go searching to look for the terms and conditions.

I usually don't bite for these tactics and I feel so horrible that there are companies out there that would prey on unaware consumers.

Note: the product did not work for me either to lose weight.

If the customer wishes to cancel, our Customer Service Team is reachable both by phone at ###-###-####, and email at [email protected]. The phone number is listed on www.pureslimgarcinia.com, as well as on the invoice enclosed with the product.

We do not doubt this customer found our product through an advertisement on Facebook, as this is common. However, we dispute the claim that she was not provided the Terms and Conditions before placing her order. We market our product online in a number of ways, but all customers are redirected to our website to place an order and review the Terms and Conditions, regardless of the site they were originally on. Our product can only be bought on our website, where the 14-day trial period is clearly explained on the check-out screen (please see inserted image on page 2).

This customer placed her order for Pure Slim Garcinia on 7/29/14, which began her 14-day trial. It ended on 8/12/14. During those two weeks, we did not receive a call from the customer, and so she was billed for the bottle she received. The charge was declined on 8/12/14, 8/15/14, 8/18/14, and was finally approved on 8/21/14.

We apologize for this misunderstanding, and are offering the customer a full refund for all of her unopened bottles of Pure Slim Garcinia. If the bottles are all opened, we will fully refund the customer for her most recent product.

Review: I have been charged for a product that I have not received from the company. I called and explained the situation on July 19 and was told to give it a few more days. Since we did not receive a request for cancelation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period, the customer was charged for the full-month’s supply on the 15th day, 7/26/14, when the trial period ended. Unfortunately, the customer did not contact our company until 7/28/14 to cancel their subscription. The subscription was canceled but they were not issued a refund because this charge was in accordance with the Terms and Conditions agreed to upon placing their order.

We apologize for the misunderstanding, and are willing to refund the $87.84 for this complaint upon confirmation a resolution has been reached via email at [email protected]. However, we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their orders. Review: They said $4.95 for a 14 day trial. I called and cancelled before the trial period ended. They said they would give an "extra" 10 days to return the remaining product(that did not work anyway) I returned the package to sender the very next day. (2-17)They claim to have not received the package until 3-3 but see that I returned it on 2-17. They took $87.84 out of my credit/bank account on 3-2 and refuse to return my money even though they have the package I returned. Review: I purchased this product through Facebook as a trial offer for $4.95. Two weeks later they charged my car 87.00 without consulting me and without my consent. The customer mentions that the Terms and Conditions are located at the bottom of the page. Directly underneath where the customer inputs his or her credit card information is a box that reads “Yes! I agree to the Terms and Conditions and understand that if I don’t cancel within the 14 days, I will be enrolled to receive a fresh supply of Pure Slim Garcinia each month and billed $87.84 for each shipment.” No order can be processed until the customer agrees. Additionally, this box is not at the bottom of the page, but directly between the credit card information and the “Rush my order” confirmation button. Review: On Feb 23, 2015, I received an unexpected charge of $87.84 to my credit card from this company. We put a hold on the charge with our bank and I called the company. Upon calling Pure Slim I discovered that I had misunderstood the verbiage on their website. While I thought I was getting a 30-day free trial of product what I actually signed up for was 30-days of product with a 14-day trial/cancel opportunity (and the 14-day clock begins the moment they accept the order, not when you receive the product). I offered to return the unused portion of the product for partial credit and the fellow at Pure Slim told me not to return the product and that there would be no refund. I accepted that I had unwittingly signed up for more than I had bargained for. The fellow on the phone assured me that this service was now cancelled and I would receive no more shipments of product. I paid the bill and considered it a lesson learned.

On Mar 31, 2015, I received another shipment of Pure Slim Garcinia (and a corresponding charge of $87.84). I called Pure Slim to remind them that I had cancelled this product a month ago and to arrange a return and refund. I was told that they had no record of my call of the month prior and that they had a "No returns. No refunds" policy in place. The woman repeatedly told me that I did not call because her computer had no record of my call. This made me angry; my husband listened to the original call. Her name is [redacted] and she gave me a cancellation number and assured me that this service was now cancelled and I would receive no more shipments of product.

I am frustrated that the first call was insufficient to cancel this product. I am distressed at the cost of the product (I would never have signed up for something so expensive for even a one time charge, let alone a monthly recurring one!).
