Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Yes, I finally received all of my order, nearly 1/months to the date I ordered itMy complaint went far beyond that I did not get my merchandise in a timely mannerMe accepting my merchandise is great for me after all my suffering waiting endlessly for my product but this does not help all the current and future prospective buyers who are going to have the same scenario of poor business practices affect them I hope that you guys can resolve all of your supply problems and that you start being honest up front with your customers about what you have in stock and what you don't, and how long you have to wait for your productA computerized shipping system that tells you the status of each order from the manufacturer to the ship to the customer should be a high priorityStringing people along is not good customer service and not having knowledge of peoples orders and when things will ship will cause more customers to lose faith in your company quicklyEventually this is going to bite your company in the back side and cause you to lose business, maybe even your company Also, you need to post all comments, both good and bad on your websitePosting only the good reviews is deceiving prospective buyers that your company is something that is not completely trueThere are many complaints on the web but you will not see any on your website What I really want to see to resolve my complaint is a response back as to how you are addressing the aforementioned issuesI want to know that you truly take customer service seriously and you are working to improve the overall experience of all customersThis I would take as a more serious resolution to my complaint as it would tell me and the rest of the public ] Regards, [redacted]

We understand Mr***'s complaints. If he would like to return the product we can give him a full refund. There are tolerances to aluminum structures and we have sold thousands of TTOP's. Yes we also have had some delays in getting the free promotional items here as they come
from overseas and the lad time's are long. We will send a email to Mr*** with return instructions.Thanks

It did take a total of months to receive the complete orderWe did just receive the last item we ordered in March at the end of December They did compensate us with a free ballast and pumpIt is very ppor customer service on their end because the order states its shipped months before the product is even in their warehouseI had to call numerous times to continue checking on our items
