This is an acceptable offer as long as Stryker is paying the return shippingAgain the reason is because the t top was faulty and we still haven't recieved accessoriesAlso as of today 10/15/I haven't recieved an email about the return and the piarrangements

Unfortunately, this is the exact same response I have received from the Stryker T-tops customer service representatives every time I have called about this issue for the past months Until I receive the item that I paid for in full on 2/16/this matter still remains unresolved.I have literally called in excess of times on this issue and every single time their response is that I will have the electronic box shipped to me within the next two weeks Now they are giving the Revdex.com the same response I will be happy to update you if and when I receive the item but until that time this matter is unresolved and I don't accept their response I would like to thank the Revdex.com for advocating on my behalf and if Stryker T-tops would like to resolve this issue then all they have to do is ship me my electronic box that I paid for in full months ago I have never experienced this type of unethical business practice.Thank you for keeping this complaint active until the matter is resolved

I didn't receive all parts still missing mounting bracket on top of the fact that they have did nothing to resolve the issue with my torn canvas and now because of this issue the electric box is now rusting away because top is leaking from the holes in it Stryker t tops should not be in business because they have no common courtesy for their patrons they need to send me a new black canvas to make this correct or send me back my money for the cost of the canvas so I can replace it

However, Earlier this week I cancelled a subsequent order for accessory mounts that are also overdue and requested a credit be issued to my credit card for that orderOnce I receive notification of that credit card refund I will consider this matter closed

This customer was issued a full refund of the product and we mailed a check back on 9/1/

long months I have received all products that I have paid for. Customer service was horrible and will not use the company EVER AGAIN.I will consider this complaint resolved.

Revdex.com:The last items were received in late November but in future will not purchase from this company and advise others of the same. It was always promised to ship and never was...

until over 8 months after paid in full. this is very poor customer relation I hope others beware.
