[Yes, I finally received all of my order, nearly 7 1/2 months to the date I ordered it. My complaint went far beyond that I did not get my merchandise in a timely manner. Me accepting my merchandise is great for me after all my suffering waiting endlessly for my product but this does not help all the current and future prospective buyers who are going to have the same scenario of poor business practices affect them.
I hope that you guys can resolve all of your supply problems and that you start being honest up front with your customers about what you have in stock and what you don't, and how long you have to wait for your product. A computerized shipping system that tells you the status of each order from the manufacturer to the ship to the customer should be a high priority. Stringing people along is not good customer service and not having knowledge of peoples orders and when things will ship will cause more customers to lose faith in your company quickly. Eventually this is going to bite your company in the back side and cause you to lose business, maybe even your company.
Also, you need to post all comments, both good and bad on your website. Posting only the good reviews is deceiving prospective buyers that your company is something that is not completely true. There are many complaints on the web but you will not see any on your website.
What I really want to see to resolve my complaint is a response back as to how you are addressing the aforementioned issues. I want to know that you truly take customer service seriously and you are working to improve the overall experience of all customers. This I would take as a more serious resolution to my complaint as it would tell me and the rest of the public.

We are working to get [redacted] accessories out in the next two weeks.  Stryker was running a FREE promotion of these accessories and had some manufacturing defects with these items.  As the products come from overseas there is a long lead time.  We are working to get these here in...
