Quest Mindshare

I completed a music survey and was to receive $40 for doing so and here it is after the 4-8 weeks and I still have not received my reward…. I’ve contacted them and yet to receive a response

I have received my 60 dollar check in the mail yesterday but when I took it to my bank I was told it was a foreign check and it was unable to be cashed in the us is there anyway I could receive my payment thru my PayPal account…

I have a 60 dollar check for doing the 3 hour survey but I’m not able to cash the check it’s Canadian and I’m in us…I’ve tried to contact quest research multiple times I can’t get thru to anyone is there any other way I can receive my payment since the check isn’t accepted in my state..

I was sent a check for 40$for a music survey I did, and I'm not able to can it any where. Not even PayPal will cash of for me.

I completed a music survey in March 2020. Did one previously with one issue. Credit of $40 was never issued to me via , and I was never contacted by business. I emailed them in July 2020 to inquire about my missing credit. They informed me that I was outside of the Omaha area (false, I have lived here all my life and have not left the state in over a year at this time), so was not eligible for a *** Payout. I provided my legal Omaha street address, and they eventually mailed me a check. Neither of my financial institutions NOR *** can deposit this check into my account. My main bank directed me to contact the business and request a different form of payment. Emailed the company at a couple different email address requesting resolution, but have received no response. I want to be compensated the $40 I am owed, preferably via , and I want to be done with this matter. Thank you.

I didn't get payment for my Survey. I did this Survey I think three times so far in the last Years and rarely had any Issues. This time I was close to being finished (only 50-100 songs to go) and suddenly I couldnt continue anymore. I didn't get any Email telling me that the Survey is going to end soon, nowhere is a date when its over and neither do they respond on Replys off their Email nor Emails directly to them. If wished I can show all the Emails I received from them.

This company had me try a retinol product for my face for 1 week. I came back when I completed my week and answered their questions. At the end they said my survey would not be counted because I was fraudulent with my answers. I was very truthful and I felt was kind towards their product. I am very upset how they left this. Bad customer review. It was very hurtful in what they said to me after I took the time out of my schedule to use and review their product. ***. Use your word's better for people who are trying to help your Company out.

I did a very long survey for people who live in the Omaha area. When I received the check even though it was a survey for people in my area it was a Canadian check. My bank has sense told me they must remove the funds from my account and that I must cash this check through ***, and that it will cost me 25 dollars. It's completely ridiculous that they knowingly send international checks to people in America knowing it will cost over half the amount of the check just to cash it. And they never disclosed that the check would be Canadian during the whole time I did the survey or during the offer where they told me I would be paid 40 dollars for doing a 2 hour survey. Now I'm out the 40 dollars and short on money until my next pay check is deposited in my account.

I completed an agreed study for *** Sampling Executive for questmindshare.com, back in February for a whole month, starting in January, for study#XX-XXX/XXXXX. I was promised in return for completing this study, I would receive a $25.00 gift card which I never received. *** refuses to answer my emails in regards to this. They got what they wanted, and don't want to reward their clients for completing this study. I just want my gift card.

I did a 2 hour survey. Supposed to get paid $60. But *** says it's on hold bc quest mindshare hasn't approved it yet. Can you help me please?

Hello, a few months ago I participated in a survey about music from Edmonton and I had to listen to many music clips and rate them. I was told that I would be paid in 4 to 6 weeks but I has passed long time ago. I was offered a 60 dollar incentive which would be sent to my *** account. I have spent lots of time on that survey and I would like to receive my compensation.

On November 2nd 2019 I completed a survey for quest mindshare with a payout of $60 when I finished the survey it stated that we would receive payment when the survey closes in 4 to 6 weeks. On November 13th I received an email saying thank you for completing our survey and asking if I had any referrals I would like to send in. On December 18th I emailed quest mindshare stating that I completed their survey on November 2nd when we should expect to receive payment for completing the survey. I'm December 19th they emailed me back saying that through their q&a and security process they found my online location to be outside of the salt lake City metro area and if I wanted to receive payment for completing the survey that I had to provide my mailing address to prove that I lived in the salt lake City metro area. I emailed them back the same day providing them with my my home address where I took the survey. January 3rd 2020 they sent me the same email stating that through their q&a and security process they found my online location to be outside of the salt lake City metro area and thet if I wanted to receive payment for completing the survey that I had to provide them with my address. I emailed then back providing my home address the location where I took the survey and once again I received no response from them so on February 1 2020 I sent them an email saying that I was going to report them to the Revdex.com

On January 7, 2020 I received an email from *** about taking a 3 hour survey for $60. The survey was called *** Music Research . I finished it on January 8, 2020. Have not got payment. I have tried several times to contact them via email with no response.

I completed a study on dandruff shampoo ie early January and received a follow up survey on 1/8/2020 to report my results and opinions . I did everything that was asked and completed the survey on 1/8/2020. The survey stated 'upon completion Of the survey you will receive $5 in tango card ' , as you can imagine I haven't gotten anything . My first email to the company indicated ' if you complete the survey , you'll get your reward ' , but nothing . No replies to email after this one .

The company has online surveys that advertise payments for completed surveys. I have been paid by them in the past for surveys I have done for them. They recently sent me an email with an invitation for a $40 survey. It said it would take 2 hours. You listen to over 600 clips of music and answer a few questions about each. I did that. Then they ask you to rate 50 musicians. I tried to do that but the survey was stuck. Previously when I had done their surveys and only partially finished, they would send an email with a link to the survey and it had saved your progress with the survey. So I waited for their email with a new link for the survey (with my progress saved). After a couple of days, I followed up with a "help" request from their website. Still no response. The original email with the original survey link does not work either. If you click on that you get an error message stating you already entered the survey. So I did 90% of the survey and now they won't respond to me and *** I am not being compensated. They have my survey responses but I don't have my $40.

I completed a music survey on 12/05/2019 that promised a payment of $40. Upon completing the survey I was notified that payment would be sent after the survey closes in 4-6 weeks. I reached out on 1/1/2020 to see when payment would he sent out and no one has been in contact with me. It is has now been almost 6 weeks and still no payment or response from the company.

Completed 2 surveys for them sometime in September, one promising $50 dollars in payment and the other $40. The funds were suppose to be wired to my PayPal account in 4-6 weeks. As of January 6, 2020 I have not been paid. I attempted to reach out to them on 12/23/2019 and they have yet to reach back to me.

I completed a Denver music survey that promised a payout of $50. I listened to over 500 music clips and this was nearly 3 months ago. I have never been compensated. I cannot get anyone from the company to respond to my emails, including, ***, who sends me the links to complete the survey. I have also contacted them directly and received no reply. I asked for a *** deposit and never received it. My email address has not changed.

On October 13th 2019 I completed the music rating survey from quest mindshare at the end of the survey it said that I would receive my $50 payment in four to six weeks after the survey had ended on November 13th I received an email saying that I completed the survey and asking if I had any referrals I would like to make and I would receive an extra $10 for each one that completes the survey December 19th 2019 I emailed them to find out when they would be issuing the payment for completing the survey I received a reply the same day stating that through their q&a and security process they have found that was not located in the shot lake City metro area and they asked me to provide my mailing address I emailed them back the same day on December 19th *** on September 15th I had completed a music rating survey with them and I received the payment on October 21st I took both surveys from the same location connected to my home wireless network and provided them with with my mailing address I have had no response from them since then

I have been responding with *** from quest mindshare/panel champ. I completed a survey which payout was $40. It took them a month to mail a check that my bank could not cash. She told me to write void on it and send her a photo back and she would send to my *** instead that was 11/29. Another month has almost went by with no response.
