I was a member of Quest Mindshare (Panel Champ) survey panel for at least six months and routinely completed many surveys and accumulated earnings, then suddenly I was locked out of my account. I contacted customer service for help. A few days later I received a really vague explanation that I was in violation of site rules and that my account had been suspended. My account has yet to be reinstated. Apparently they terminated my account. I have recently researched this company and have found out that they have a history of performing similar tactics with regards to member accounts.

Desired Outcome

I just want the money that I earned completing surveys.

I am emailing with regards to case #XXXXXXX. After further investigation into this matter I have been informed that, the individual's account has been banned due to multiple *** statuses.

*** activity, includes, but is not limited to: speeding through surveys, taking the same survey more than once, submitting false information during the registration process, submitting false or untrue survey data, redeeming or attempting to redeem incentives through false or *** means, tampering with surveys and, with respect to the use of the Ad Tracking Service, accessing websites or online campaigns with the sole intention to provide a misrepresentative impression of your online behavior.

Unfortunately when the account is banned due to *** behavior, it is not possible to redeem the points.

I performed ALL surveys as I agreed to when I signed up to participate with this survey panel. I have researched and read about quite a few other examples of this company doing the exact same thing to many other members. I can perfectly and completely understand the frustration of all the other members that had their accounts suspended/terminated. ***. ***. ***.***. ***. ***.

I completed a survey with them in which I trialed a face moisturizer product. I never received the payments I was promised. (10-22-18 $7 for the 1st survey, 11-19-18 $20 for the second survey) I have emailed ***@questmindshare.com (the person that sent me the surveys) On at least 13 occasions. That person does not respond. I emailed the general email where I put a support ticket in their website and also no response.

I would like to follow up with you regarding case #XXXXXXX. This project was one that ran for a number of weeks and does not pay the incentive until it comes to a close. There is a team of project managers running it and unfortunately the contact email the participant had was on a leave from work which is why she was not receiving a reply.

I have communicated with her and personally processed the incentive payment in advance as to not keep the participant waiting any longer.

Back in Oct I completed a rather lengthy multi part survey for this panel. The email containing said survey stated that the incentive of a $15 *** gift card would be paid out after Oct 31 when it closed. After some time I emailed them on Nov 17 and got a reply back Nov 20 saying the incentives for that survey had been paid out Nov 14 and to check my spam folder. I did just that and also checked the trash folder as well. I replied back the same day and told them there was no payment. It is now Dec 3 and I have heard nothing since.

Desired Outcome

I want the $15 payment I was promised.

We have looked into this further with *** card to find out where the error took place as this was a very large order with them to which I received confirmation back that the order was complete. However as I investigated further after receiving the individuals inquiry I see that there was a technical delivery issue. We have sent an urgent email to *** support to have the ecard resent. I have contacted *** to explain what has happened and communicated that *** has been contacted to quickly resend the ecard and to confirm that this is the correct email.

We will definitely continue to follow up with *** on this matter.

They contacted am and did everything to make this right. I have received my $15 incentive payment.

Quest Mindshare invited me to complete a music rating survey, which I did. The reward for my participation was a $40 tango card, which I received on November 5th. However, when I clicked on the link to redeem my reward, I was told the reward link was no longer valid. So I contacted tango card, and they informed me that quest mindshare had CANCELED the reward link two days after they issued it. I earned that reward by spending a few hours diligently completing their survey, and they are obviously aware that they owe me $40, or they would not have sent me the reward in the first place. So why would they cancel my reward? I contacted them twice to find out what is going on, but my emails have been ignored.

I wanted to reach out to you regarding case #XXXXXXX. The incentive payments for the project this person participated in were sent out through ***. *** informed us of an overwhelming amount of fraudulent activity in the file so we are now in the process of investigating the entire file and in the mean time had to suspend the transactions. Once this is resolved the participants will be reissued a payment.

We have no record of receiving an inquiry from the participant but I will definitely send them an email to explain the issue and that we will follow up.

I contacted *** card to find out if there is any truth behind quest mindshare's claim that *** informed them of an overwhelming amount of fraudulent activity in the file. *** card's response was as follows;

"The messaging I previouly provided is the only information I have regarding why the Reward Link sent to you was cancelled. If Quest Mindshare shared any additional specific information about why they were cancelled, then they would be the best to confirm this with as they are the one's who requested the cancellation of the rewards."

So apparently *** card has no knowledge of this so called fraudulent activity. As for quest mindshare's claim that they have no record of my inquiry, I contacted them through two different channels, via email and directly through their website, so I find it unlikely that neither inquiry got through. Besides, if they cancelled my reward, THEY are the ones who should have contacted me with an explanation, not the other way round.

We have been extensively working with *** to get to the bottom of what happened with the order. We were originally notified by *** that there was a portion of a large order that had fraudulent activity in it. There may have been a communication mishap. It was our understanding that only the transactions that were fraudulent would be cancelled and unfortunately the entire order was cancelled in error instead of the portion that was originally instructed. This has taken some time for us to both investigate as well as get to the bottom of what happened.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this error caused *** and we have resolved the issue with *** today and the card will be reissued with priority. A follow up email will be sent to ***.

I did finally receive my reward thanks to the help of the Revdex.com

They are a rewards website. The kind where you do surveys and stuff in order to get paid. I did a survey for them nearly 2 months ago, promised I'd get $40 to my *** for successful completion. They have not answered me and they're terrible about answering as well. I just want the Revdex.com to know that they're ***. ***. By the way, they have changed their name from Quest Mindshare to Panel Champ now. Wonder why...

By the way, I have emails of their invitation to me for their survey and another email that says that they acknowledge that I successfully completed the survey to which they owe me money. In case you need them.

I'm not sure what the Revdex.com can do from their end. I'd like to see them shut down for being nasty *** who don't honor their word. I don't know that I can get $40 from them (or the Revdex.com), so.. I don't know, honestly.

I completed there black Iced tea study back in August 2018. I was told that when I completed all 3 follow up surveys I would then Once you complete 3 feedback using 5-minute survey each we will send the honorarium of $5 tango card. Which I have still not received please help.

I have looked into this issue further and communicated with *** as well. The study was still live up until yesterday and the Tango card is not issued until the study has come to a close. The payment processed is explained to the participant before they participate however some forget that the study needs to come to a close first. However this has now closed and the $5 Tango card has been processed.

Approached via email to complete a rating on music. This took about 3 hours. I was told that I would receive $40 for my participation. Several times I have made inquiries several times to the company and received no response. This is all via email as I have no way of connecting with their offices in the states. On my last email to them approx 3 days ago I explained that if I didn't hear from someone by the close of business that day. I have given ample time for them to contact me. The company changed names the day after I completed this study so I fear that I might not be getting the payment promised.

The disclaimer for our custom long music surveys clearly states to the participant that the incentive payment will be issued and sent directly to them two to six after the survey is complete. We have looked into ***'s entry and see that her entry was within the two-six week period. I have sent an email to her to communicate this and to reassure her that she will be receiving her payment very soon as this project has also recently come to a close.
