on behave of Quick Delivery and Moving we see no your comment that your excuses  that you mansion its not  accepted ,  been said  gas price %25 all paper work you sing in beginning of your move no one  give you the chance to review that its' not true to proof that we can get you statement from the crew the was their in your move   stating that they give copy of it in end of the move and all our prices on our web side and on flyer  as well all document its official if fill  to do your part on reading thepaper work a head  is your responsibility not us all that been said quick delivery and moving willing to give you  only $50 gift card  to satisfy  you that all !!

Good morning on behalf of Quick Delivery and Moving  we thanks [redacted] for his business . as moving company we did everything is possible to ensure hes' his items and also he had visit our storage location to make sure his staff in save place I think the problems start when he call...

us first time by his wife request to move everything in storage to look for his water cooler and empty it , which we did , its took us 2 men to move all his staff around and pull everything back the way it was , then he call again he want water cooler back to his home by his wife request we call 2 men again  to move everything all over again , make the story short [redacted] call on 6/24 asking us to extend his storage for 2,3 week more , which is his rent due on the 28th of June , he also want it for free , we said to him we cant' , keep in mind we give him first month for free then he said he will send his payment no problem .  he call next day he said went his storage to be deliver which we okay with that 6-26 we started  load it his storage at 7am he call rushing the crew and asking to move his staff fast is quick because he did not want to pay more . it took us 6 hrs to load and unload , we ask his to do inventory which he did and to make sure all his items check which he did  and sing the disclosure  and mean invoice no damage what so ever all that been said Quick Delivery and moving not responsible for any damage to his storage please take quick look at the attachment above  we did make that claer to [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Most of the paper wok was signed before the job was started. The truck was in such a mess it was impossible to go through the whole thing without taking everything out. The moving blankets were thrown about everywhere and not stacked neatly to make thing easily searchable. The damage to the couch was noticed after the movers had left. I was so upset that night I had to wait for my emotions to be cooled before I took any actions. The movers had bent the frame to the couch and torn the fabric along the top of one of the head rest. This was not noted on the pre move paperwork. THe couch is now almost worthless, meaning that the recliner part will not close properly. The missing leg to the futon I do believe that the moving company still  has. I have been over to the house we moved from many times to ensure that we had gotten everything. All my boxes that I had packed are now unpacked and there are legs to be found. The price of the legs for the button are about 9.00 each. the 2 seated recliner is worth about 500. All I want is the monies that I paid for the move back for I am not completely satisfied with the work or the performance that the company states. On the web site it says 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed.  Also the move was only 5 miles and to be charged a 25% fee on top of the hours for gas is outrageous. Meaning that if you were moving 5 miles and it takes the mover 6 hours to load and unload the truck that you will an additional 25% of the billable 6 hours of work for only a 5 mile move. I only chose this company for the timely fashion that they returned my calls and in the professionalism of Mr. Lamar but once the deal was done and he had cash in hand then there was no follow up.

The photos attached show the tear in the couch using a quarter to mark the size of the tear. The next two photos show what I had to do to make the legs close on the couch. The frame has been twisted in such a way when the movers forced it into the truck on end, meaning standing it up that it had been tweaked. The foot rests do not close properly so I had to raise the couch off the ground to get it to close.

The futon I don't have a picture of for it is missing parts. The futon sits on the floor now not raised off the ground.

I am not satisfied at all with the move or the experience of this company. They were unprofessional as far as movers go. I had everything taken apart and ready to go. This was the Beds and the Bed frames. Dressers where empty. Also they took no care in how the items were loaded into the moving truck.

I will be happy if the following happens.

1. Full refund of the move costs of $337.50, this will cover the legs to the futon and possible any repair to the couch.

Above is the link stating that the gas is charged by the job, not a 25% rate. Also note that is says 100% satisfaction

Review: I hired this company to move my furniture from a storage to my new apartment, we agreed on a price. During the move, the driver broke a glass lamp shade / globe. He took pictures of it and eventually gave me the number to their claims department. I had no phone or camera to take a picture. I asked him for a copy of the picture but claimed he could not forward it because it was on a digital camera and not his phone camera, but assured me he would turn it. After the move they got down to the last 2 pieces of furniture but determined it would be a different price than what was quoted to me. It got so bad the police were called because I refused to pay what they were asking. No one could explain to me why I was being charged something different. Once the police arrived and told them they could not hold my furniture and had to release it. We agreed on a price of $200 which he was paid in cash. I told [redacted] about the lamp on the date of the move, the date after, which both time sit was acknowledged, but never got anything resolved. I spoke to [redacted] again on 9/17 where I was told the driver denied breaking the lamp and basically because the police were called and the situation got ugly, he is not responsible for my property. I advised him I didn't understand and he disconnected the lineDesired Settlement: Refund for the lamp purchased

Review: I spoke with [redacted] on Thursday, July 25th, 2013. We made a verbal agreement, over the phone, that two movers would come to my apartment and move me to another apartment (less than 5 miles away) on Sunday, July 28th, 2013. She said that the monetary total for a truck and two movers, for 3 hours at $39.99 (which was the price from the advertisement she was honoring), plus gas/mileage/etc..., would be $150.00 total. [redacted] stated that even though I lived on the third floor and moving to a third floor apartment, there would be no extra charge. I asked if there would be any other charges for anything else, or hidden fees for anything else, and she said "No, $150.00 is the total price you will have to pay." She added that there would be an extra $20. processing fee, only if I chose to pay with a credit card, but not if I paid in cash. I did pay in cash.

When the two movers ([redacted] and [redacted]), came on Sunday, July 28th, they told me there was a mandatory additional charge for shrink wrap. I told them that [redacted] had not told me about an extra charge for shrink wrap and that I was told my total for the day was $150.00. I told them not to use shrink wrap because I was not paying for it and they told me they would call [redacted] to clear it up with her. I tried calling both phone numbers that were on the advertisement for the company, three times, and no one answered, so I left a message about the additional charge the movers told me about and that because it was a discrepancy with what [redacted] told me, I did not feel I should have to pay it and would not be using any shrink wrap. I left my phone number to contact me immediately. [redacted], nor anyone else from the company, returned my call all day.

The movers went about moving, said they spoke with [redacted] and worked it out, and moved me with shrink wrap anyway. They were very slow, did not take apart the beds and put them up, which was in the verbal agreement as well, and wasted time by being slow, talking to people at my apartment complex to get other jobs, and taking their time with the shrink wrap issue and calling their company. They also wasted time by dropping their hat outside the window of the moving truck, three times, as they were driving my things to the new apartment, which caused them to pull over on the side of the road three times to retrieve the hat one of them was wearing. My brother and I moved most of the boxes and furniture, took apart and put up the beds, gave them constant water breaks and pizza for lunch, as well as $20. tips each, because I felt bad for them due to the bad conditions they said they had to work under with Quick Moving Co. and it being so hot.

When the movers were finished, I realized they had scratched furniture, door frames, and broken the back of my tv stand, and the bottom of a standing lamp. The only thing I made a big deal about was the lamp because it is completely inoperable. One of the movers took pictures of it and said they would replace it.

When I finally spoke to [redacted], on the phone of one of the movers, she told me I had to pay for the shrink wrap and an extra 1/2 hour, but that they would replace the lamp if they could find the same one or give me money to buy a new lamp. She told me my new total was $218.75, and even after I explained that the movers took so much extra time and really didn't do the job as promised, and that I did not agree to pay for shrink wrap and told them not to use it, and they told me they worked it out with you and would not have to pay for it, she still said I owed $218.75. I told her I only had $200.00 on me and that is what I would pay. Even though I disagreed with paying it because it was not what I agreed to, I gave it to them because the movers would not leave unless they got paid.

[redacted] told me she would get back to me in a week with a new lamp or money for a new lamp, and I have not heard from her (or anyone else from the company) since then.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to refund me the $50. because it was not the agreed upon total (and my brother and I did most of the work), and I would like $80. to replace my broken lamp. I do not want them taking advantage of any other customers, especially since they are registered with the Revdex.com.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[redacted], who said he was the owner of Quick Delivery and Moving, left a voicemail message on my cell phone, Friday 9/27/13 at 5:16pm. I returned his call on Saturday 9/28/13, at 11am. I tried explaining to [redacted], my dissatisfaction with the movers, the fact that they did not do the job as advertised and promised, that they broke things, scratched things, and dragged things out so that they went over the allotted 3 hours. I told him about the mis-represented total that was told to me, the "scam" of the shrink wrap, and how no one from the company had gotten back to me (even though they said they would call me in a week but didn't). He kept telling me that all of that was "SURFACE" and because I paid it, he wouldn't do anything and that the Revdex.com could not force him to pay anything to me. He said that he would deal with his workers but that he would not discuss anything but the lamp that they broke. [redacted] was short with me, condescending, and confrontational. He said he would give me a gift card to [redacted], the place where I purchased the lamp they broke. I told him that they did not have the lamp in stock, so he said he would give me a check to purchase a new one. However, when I wanted to discuss anything else, he became threatening and gave me an ultimatum of the check or nothing. He then rushed me off the phone, saying he would call me back on Monday 9/30/13. I am writing this on Monday night at 11:42pm, and he did not call me back at all today.

I cannot believe that this is how an owner of, what is supposed to be a reputable company, would treat a dissatisfied customer! There has been no resolution of this issue. I am so disappointed that the Revdex.com represents them. I usually go with a company that is backed by the Revdex.com, however, it seems that the owner of Quick Delivery and Movers does not even seem to respect the Revdex.com.

Regards,

Review: I set an appointment with Quick Delivery and Moving and was advised they would be at my home between 2pm-4pm. They were 5 hours late and arrived at my house at 9:06pm. I was quoted $150 for the move, 3 different times. When the movers arrived at my house, I asked another time for the final cost, and [redacted] (the mover) said it would be $150. Once the movers finished moving everything, at 12:05am, the total bill came to $194.00, cash only. I advised the mover he quoted me $150 cash only, and that's all I had. He said he can follow me to an ATM machine to withdraw the difference, I advised him I didn't feel comfortable going to an ATM machine in the middle of the night with him. He said the Shrink Wrap was the additional cost and he wouldn't leave my house without full payment. I explained to him he never told me of the additional cost for the Shrink Wrap. He apologized for not telling me, then apologized for being 5 hours late. He then started telling me that he did tell be of the additional cost. I told him I'm very careful about additional fees and I wouldn't have agreed to the Shrink Wrap. By then it was about 12:30am. and I just wanted him out of my house. I said I would pay the balance by credit card then, and he refused saying Cash only. I offered to pay by credit card tomorrow when the office is open again, but he still refused to leave my house. I advised him I only had the $150 cash he quoted me. I then called the police. The operator at the [redacted] Police Department advised me that he is trespassing and I asked him to leave numerous times with the Police operator on the phone. [redacted] still refused to leave the house. The police arrive shortly and asked him to leave my house since he was considered trespassing. I paid the $150 cash. Now the company is calling to pay for the $35. It's a small amount to pay, but it's the principle. The company is not advising of the fee prior to using the services. I need the company to waive the $35.00 and stop cheating people from the small fees they are not advising of.

Review: I hired Quick Delivery & moving based on a flyer that was sent out in the mail. They photoed a piano and said they specialized in Piano moving. They were scheduled to come to my house between 12 & 2, they showed up at 4:30. I am a widow and downsizing to a smaller home. They moved the furniture that I was able to keep. I asked them again if they were capable of moving the piano as it was a very sentimental piece for me, it belonged to my husband who had passed away and was his growing up. They assured me they move them all the time. They had no blankets, no dolly - they moved my furniture and in placing the piano I saw that the 3 chrome pedals were broke off. They tried to hide it. They then wanted me to sign a paper that said the truck was empty, I told them I could not sign it without looking in the truck - this is when they "remembered" that my tv was in the back of their cab, not where it should be, they were trying to steal it. After leaving I moved a towel from the floor and saw that they had used that to cover up a big hole that they put in my new travertine. I also discovered they had damaged my buffet and the desk that they supposedly put back together did not have any of the screws and hardware to hold it together. I called and asked them to repair my piano, that was the most important thing to me. They wanted to come pick it up and have it repaired. I explained that besides not trusting them to touch my piano or enter my house again, you do not move a piano unless absolutely necessary. I have a piano repair man that I have used for years and he came out and out of respect for my husband and compassion for what I was going through only charged 140.00 to remove the pedals and have them welded and bring them back and put on. They refused to pay this amount, they have made me a less offer, I feel I have over 1000.00 in claims, which I will take to small claims court now. Read their reviews, I don't think this is someone you want your name associated with. If so I will never trust using a business that is with Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: At this time I feel my only option is to take them to small claims court and expose them. I have also contacted 3 on your side and hope to get them on the news. I know I have not used anyone that I have seen 3 on your side go after. I want people to know what crooks they are and how incompetent they are. I feel they should have been very happy to pay me the 140.00, that was a bargain.

Review: Lost and damaged items during move. The movers have lost legs to a couch, an ironing board and damaged a couch/recliner during the move. When I was asked to inspect the moving truck it was such a mess with moving blankets thrown into piles. If the moving blankets were neatly folded and stacked properly inspecting the truck would have been easier. I was not allowed to look into the cab of the moving truck either. I did observed in the handling of my furniture and they neither kind or gentle and took no precaution in protection the items. I also did observe them loading in the missing items but with the chaos in moving I could not watch over everything. I had trusted a ranked A+Revdex.com business to be more profession about it. I have tried to contact the owner or manager [redacted] and he has dismissed my claims.

I should have been alarmed when the driver told me that the BOSS said take your time. You should work about 6-7 hours. I had everything taken apart and ready to go. THe items that did need disassembling were do to the inexperienced movers that came with the job. I had moved my self with the same size truck with more furniture in less time with the help of my friends.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a cash refund for the total amount of the move 337.50This will recover the repair of the couch which has a tear in the top. The missing legs for the futon couch that is not functional with out them and the ironing board. I can provide pictures of the damaged couch. I am not upset about the small scratches because that is to be expected.

So bad I'm surprised they are still in business. Wish I had read the [redacted] reviews before hiring them. Set up two days ago. [redacted]. Assured they would have tools to take apart bed and set back up at new location. They called at 7:30 to say they were on their way. An hour later I called back several times and was told the truck broke down and driver was waiting to be picked up. They would call me. No call for another 45 minutes. Called back. Got several messages that they "couldn't be reached". Finally reached and was told they were on their way. No show. More phone calls. After several attempts I reached someone who asked what I had to move! Went over it specifically 2 days before. Said I had a bed to take down. He said, "Honestly, we don't have the tools." He then told me that I should just "hire someone else more professional". Then he said if his men damaged my furniture, he would be responsible. What?! Is this not a moving company? After two hours waiting for them at our old house, they left us in a lurch. No move. Starting over. TERRIBLE COMPANY!

Where to begin. The movers were nearly an hour late. They damaged several pieces of furniture for two main reasons, one: they refused to pad, or cushion anything they moved and two: they dragged our entertainment center and sofas across the pavement rather than picking them up. We paid for them two movers and got only one. One of the two spent the entire time on his cell phone, arguing with his girlfriend (or ex-girlfriend, we couldn't tell) while the other poor man was forced to work alone. Which is part of the reason why the other man was forced to drag furniture across the sidewalks, because his 'partner' was too busy to help. This resulted in the move taking another hour and a half, at the least. (I can't quite recall.) And the driver then announced they would charge us for the over time since it was "our faults". Laughably, he also attempted to threaten theft of our furniture if we did not pay him. (I almost dared him to try it because I would have had the police waiting for him at the first intersection he had to stop at if he'd tried leaving with any of our property.) They have no proper complaint phone number and the only number they had to call back (I was not the one who called them initially to hire them but I was one of their clients -- since I live with the person who did hire them,) is some mumbling, barely coherent person I can't even understand. Needles to be said, they were extremely unprofessional.

Review: Quick Delivery & Moving..I First have to say DO Not use this Company. I hired them to move me on

Nov. 4th 2015, I called the owner ahead of time to discuss his bad reviews .

He promised me that they would do a good job and fast. So because I was trying

to save money I used them..big mistake.

They were fast , but when the job was done I looked on the truck only blanket

were left, and went thru the apt, boxes everywhere, but I thought everything seemed

ok, so I signed off on my furniture etc., was delivered and not damaged.

I walked back into the apt., and noticed the glass that goes into my coffee table

was missing,I went back out caught the truck, and the looked on the truck said it

was not there. They said they left it at the old apt., and for me to check. I went

back to check not there. They said they did not know where it was. I know they broke it and lied. I had tipped them Marcus and the man $60. I called the owner he said because I signed off that everything was ok , he could not do much. He told me he would have them return the tip, that never happened. He then said he fired them because he thought they were lying and broke it. Then he changed his story and send he suspended them for5 days, all lies. So now I will spend a lot of money getting the coffee table and they lied and did nothing about it.They are members of the Revdex.com which I plan on contacting. They lie so easy and could care less. So Fair warning dont try to save a buck, because they do a fast move but

not cant be trusted with your furniture and belongings.

KathyDesired Settlement: The glass for the coffee table I have price out with glass doctors $125 to put back into my coffee table.

With out the glass the table and the whole set is useless.

hello am so sorry I took me something to get back to you guys we did a move for miss kathey unforgivably the driver life the class out side of her garage and they want to deliver her first trip when they look around they did not find it in back of our truck miss kathey want back to her house the class beaning missing due the driver left it out side the house ( some one in her knighthood took it ) we have no control on that but , we as quick delivery and moving we can go a head pay for that refund of total of $100 back

Review: on 10/9/13 I hired this company to movie furniture from my garage and other rooms into rooms that had been emptied on 10/7/13 by the same company so I could have new carpet installed. one of the employees dropped a 2 drawer filling cabinet in my garage while trying to move it back into the house. the filing cabinet was damaged to the point where it was sharted on 1 outside corned, the front bottom came off and both drawers would not operate. I immediately called the owners (name?) and informed him of the damage, he had the employees try and fix the filing cabinet here at my home. after the moving was complete I tried to operate the drawers and either worked properly, the cabinet would not lock and the outside edge was still shattered. I again called the owner and he informed me he had a cabinet maker who could and would fix the file cabinet but we needed to allow the employees to return it to there shop or office which I did. my wife later that day called the owner and advised him how unhappy she was and felt that the file cabinet should be replaced. the owner of the moving company said absolutely not, we had a used cabinet and he would have it repaired so it would work properly. he also stated that he would pay only $.60 per pound for anything damaged which was never explained prior to the agreement for the move was made.

on 10/10/13 the cabinet was retuned and both drawers still would not operate properly with files in. the lock did not operate and we are missing a steel arm to hold files. my wife spent hrs. trying to correct some of the issues but it still does not work properly. I made a written note on there signed job # dated 0505 as to the damage. I apid the invoice in full by cash!Desired Settlement: since they seem not to be able to correct the damage to our file cabinet so the drawers, locks and all other items that are missing needed to operate the drawers and lock properly asking for a replacement 2 drawer filing cabinet does not seem unreasonable. es we had a used cabinet, but it worked 100%, had no damage and could have lasted many more years. we no longer have a cabinet that can be used properly.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I TIRED USING YOUR NORMAL RESPONSE METHOD WITHOUT ANY SUCESS. THE BUSINEES IN QUESTTION SENT A INVOICE DATED 10/07/13 WHICH WAS NO PROBLEM. I HAD HIRED THEM A SECOND TIME ON 10/09/13 (SEE ATTACHED) WHICH CLEARLY STATES THERE WAS A [PROBLEM WITH DAMAGE TO MY FILE CABINETAND THE BUSINESS WAS FULLY AWARE OF THE SITUATION SINCE THEY TRIED TO REPAIR THE CABINET BUT NO TO OUR STAISFACTION. THE BOTTOM DRAWER STILL DOES NOT OPERATE PROPERLY, THE LOCK DOES NOT WORK AND THERE IS I STEEL ARE MISSING WHICH MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR 1 OF THE 2 DRAWERS NOT TO OPERTAE PROPERLY.

Review: My main complaint is in the moving process, the guys scratched up our new stainless steel refrigerator that we just purchased at the end of July for $899.10 + tax. I called the company within 24 hours as their invoice requires to report a claim and the owner asked me to send him pictures so I did. I texted him and emailed him the pictures. He told me he would look first thing Monday morning. I have not heard a word. I have called multiple times and left him a message today, still no response and today is Friday. It's a very large area that was scratched, so the guys certainly knew what happened, and on top of that, it was hidden behind boxes in the garage likely in hopes we wouldn't see it in time. I went out to get something from it the next day (we have another fridge in the kitchen at the moment and planned to switch them out after we get settled) and that's when I saw the damage and called right away. It looks as if it was either caused by the wrap they used or they scratched it. They had blankets with them, so I'm not sure why they wouldn't have wrapped it up in a blanket, but nonetheless, I just bought it for $900 (I do have the receipt from [redacted]) and now the whole left front is scratched up. I am not one to make a complaint, and I ignored the broken decorative pillar, the broken dishes I found in a box, as well as the fact that one of the 4 men we hired hardly worked at all and spent most of the time talking and was literally in slow mo' the whole day. I also ignored the fact that they used a dolly for things they should not have needed to at all that I could carry myself and took WAY longer than they should have. I haven't had time to go through nearly any of our decorative boxes and can only hope there wasn't any further damage, but since I'm past the 24 hours on that, it will be my loss if there is. The refrigerator, hoewver, was a high dollar purchase and I'm not willing to just overlook that one. My husband said he overheard 2 of the guys talking upstairs and one asked the other, "did you scratch it?" and as he was coming up the stairs, the guy said loudly, "oh no, no" seeing him coming up stairs. No idea if they were referring to the refrigerator or not, but it's likely. We also dealt with being charged more than what was advertised on the coupon that led us to their company in the first place. They coupon said we would be charged 19% gas fee and instead they charged us 25%. I also had to go get cash out of an ATM and use my son's savings in his room to pay cash at 7:00 at night because they said their credit card machine wasn't working! What if I just didn't happen to have availability to cash like that? What if I was an elderly person or something...I put up with a lot and treated the guys nicely, bought lunch, tipped them with the cash I had left, really did my best to stay positive, but in the end the good was that we got moved, the bad was that I didn't check reviews and find a more reputable company to go with. My husband filled out the "rate your experience" portion while I was driving looking for an ATM at 7:00 at night and unfortunately he was gone at work all day and didn't know the half of it. He just put 5 stars on everything not having a clue...I did appreciate a few of the guys who really did work hard, but over all, they were an hour late, I was charged more than I should have been, I had to try to put together $1280 in cash plus tip at 7:00 at night, AND my things were damaged....I definitely believe I have a case to take them to court but would really prefer to just get the cost of my refrigerator recouped or a new one of the same model.Desired Settlement: I would like to either receive the cash to purchase a new fridge of the exact model (I will provide a receipt from my purchase in July at [redacted]), total was $899.10 + tax, or have the same refrigerator delivered to my door step, from [redacted] and not from this moving company. It is the Frigidaire 26-cu ft Side-by-Side Refrigerator with Single Ice Maker (Stainless Steel) Item #: [redacted] | Model #: [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Please clarify your offer and we will respond promptly. Your response did not indicate if you are you also paying for installation as well. Labor will not be cheap and the door is the side with the water and ice maker on it. Just the freezer door panel is almost $400. The door model number is: [redacted] It averages $340 - $380 plus shipping. [redacted] does not sell parts...only full units so we would need to go through someplace online to order the part or perhaps Sears appliance repair. The 60 cents per pound only comes out to $160 so we definitely don't accept that option. You can look up the model number to see the cost and I would not trust anyone the moving company would send over or allow them in my home, so we will find a company to do the install. I would imagine $150 would cover labor. We will accept $550 in the form of a cashier's check or money order received within the next 7-10 consecutive days. I already provided clear pictures as evidence within the 24 hour required time period so you have already seen the damage. Any further inspection if desired would need to be done through a 3rd party on your behalf, as I again will not allow anyone from this business to again enter my home.?Thank you.[redacted]

SORRY IT TOOK QUICK DELIVERY AND MOVING TITLE LONGER TO RESPONSE WE ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR 60 CENT PER POUND BUT BECAUSE YOU ASK FOR MORE THEN WHAT YOUR DAMAGE WORTH AND ALSO ITS NOT DONE BY OUR CREW WE ONLY OFFER 60 CENT PER POUND PLZ LET ME KNOW IF THAT OKAY WITH YOU SO WE CAN SEND A MONEY ORDER FOR FULL AMOUNT

I would recommend this company for your move. We had a very positive experience and would choose them again for our next move. We had two great movers, [redacted] and [redacted]. They were friendly, professional, careful, and made our move stress free. All of our items arrived in the same condition that they left. They finished the job in the time allotted. The price was the lowest around, there were no hidden fees. I paid what was originally quoted. I was very happy with this company and the men they sent.

I used the movers on 5/24/14. I will admit after searching around and reading different reviews I was a little skeptical about using them, actually a lot skeptical. The confirmation email (and responses online to complaints) I requested contained so many obvious spelling mistakes (pet peeve) that I was really worried about the professionalism I would receive. They were also A LOT cheaper than many of the quotes I received but they did a relly good job. Three guys showed within 15 mins of my estimated time frame and immediately got to work. They came in to survey the area and immediately started grabbing items to take out on the truck. No time was wasted. I moved from a 2nd floor apt to a townhome with a not so mover friendly staircase , but they powered through and got it all done in a flash. I would definitely recommend the crew again I can only remember one of the movers name which was [redacted], but all three were good.

Review: On 08/26/13, Quick Delivery Movers came to our home in Chandler, to move our property to our new home in San Tan Valley, AZ. Upon their arrival, I was advised by the driver, [redacted], unknown last name, that I needed to sign a form stating I would have an opportunity to check the back of their delivery truck following the move. [redacted] stated this form was necessary because the company has had problems with theft lately.

[redacted] and his helper, [redacted], unfortunately moved very few items. In fact, my husband and our friends moved most of our property outside while [redacted] and [redacted] stood near the moving truck. While they were moving the refrigerator, there was a loud crashing sound, which was our refrigerator water pipe breaking. [redacted] apologized for it and stated I could file a complaint to get it fixed.

Upon arriving at our new home, [redacted] and [redacted] stopped moving property. I had to specifically ask them several times while pointing to furniture and boxes to "pick up this box and move it inside". Otherwise they would not move anything. They were simply moving property from the rear of the truck to the end and handing it to my husband to carry inside. At one point, [redacted] provided me with property that was carried in the front of the moving truck where he and [redacted] were sitting. It was my understanding that everything was to be transported in the cargo area of the vehicle.

When we unpacked the boxes, we observed five broken plates, broken glasses and bowls, our master bed was damaged and our son's crib was damaged. Lastly, the hardware for our bedroom set is missing. [redacted] told me that I would be contacted reference the broken refrigerator so it was my intention to discuss the other issues which were documented with photographs on 08/26/13. No one contacted me reference the damage.

On 09/16/13, I was finally able to make contact with Quick Delivery Movers and spoke with [redacted]. I was advised that there was no record of my complaint with the broken refrigerator (even though it was documented on my carbon copy of the invoice) and that since it was past two weeks, I was no longer able to make a complaint.

While speaking with [redacted], I advised him he was being unethical and I was planning to contact the Revdex.com. Although there is a language barrier, my understanding of his response was that if I contacted the Revdex.com he would no longer assist me in looking into my complaint. [redacted] advised that my husband broke the refrigerator and he checked the truck when it returned so therefore, no property was taken by [redacted] or [redacted]. I am concerned because I don’t know how many other people who are treated like this are bullied by [redacted] into not filing a complaint with the Revdex.com.

I am not sure why they refused to let me check the moving truck following our move, especially since I signed paperwork stating I would be able to do so.

On 09/17/13, I received an e mail from [redacted] with Quick Delivery stating that although my husband was responsible for breaking the refrigerator, they would pay for a new water pipe and install it for us. He stated since it was past 15 days, he was unable to look into the other items.

It seems unfair that I reported it initially and was told I would receive a call reference my complaint. I called in the meantime and received no answer. Then when I finally was able to speak with [redacted], I was told that I could no longer file a complaint.

I understand that they are a business and are just trying to make money, but my main concerns are that [redacted] seemed to imply that if I contact the Revdex.com, he will no longer assist me with fixing my refrigerator. I am fearful that there are several Quick Delivery and Mover customers who have had similar issues, although all have been bullied into not making a complaint with the Revdex.com. Lastly, I am concerned that I signed paperwork which promised I could check the vehicle following the move, which I was not allowed to do.Desired Settlement: I would like the above items replaced/repaired (master bed, crib, dishes, refrigerator). I was not allowed to check the vehicle which I was promised I could do, now the hardware for our bed is missing and without it, can not be set up.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I signed a contract stating we would be able to check the truck following the move which the company stated was necessary due to recent theft issues. We were not allowed to do so and now our property is missing. It seems strange that they refused to let us check the truck, especially since we are missing property. If they did not keep our property, they would not have had to refuse to let us check their truck. Also, the reason for the delayed complaint is we were promised we would be contacted by the company and tried to contact them in the meantime. It was only after the 15 day window had passed they agreed to speak with us. Then told us it was too late. I would like our missing property returned from quick delivery. Also, I would like there to be some sort of repercussion from the Revdex.com since they operated their business in an unethical way by refusing to honor a signed contract. Regards,[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The reply sent by the business does not make sense. I am not able to understand what they are trying to say. It mentions singing and tows. There was nothing towed from our property. I have not received any calls from the company to set up a time to fix our refrigerator. Lastly, I did not check that I declined post move inventory. That was possibly checked by the business following the moe. I would like a call no later than Wednesday next week with a date and time set up to fix our refrigerator. Regards,[redacted]

Review: 4/28/2014 they picked up our household goods to be stored until we closed on our new home. Failed to show up with enough protective wrap for all the furniture. We covered furniture to protect it & they removed it. Assured us that at the warehouse it would be protected with wrap & blankets. Packed items that where not to be stored which days later I went to the warehouse to pick up. Checked on our goods & they where in a storage room & covered. Delivered items on 6-26-2014 none of the items where protected in their dirty truck. Damage to most of the living rm furniture, missing wheels, none of the mattresses where covered just dragged out, leather office chair scrapped, King size headboard had deep hole, other peoples items in with ours, curio cabinet base scrapped, couch table missing parts of the base, ect. Manager ([redacted]) attempted to state we shipped it that way but everything was shipped clean & in good condition . Have attempted to reach claims dept. however can not get a response. [redacted] answered the ph. for the complaint dept. Several of the items can't be replaced & may not even be repaired. We wanted our items delivered the way they where shipped with no damage due to negligence.Desired Settlement: All the damaged items repaired and replaced by vendors of our choice to assure proper repair & replacement. If they had done an adequate job of protecting our things none of this would be necessary.

Regards,

As far as the water cooler is concerned his men packed it by mistake. We separated the items that were not to be packed but they did it anyway. We should not have to pay an extra $60. due to their wrong doing. I have pictures of all the damage. None of the items where wrapped as we where assured they would be. It took 6 hours because they packed the truck & couldn't get everything on it so they had to unload & reload. It isn't our fault they didn't use a truck big enough. The first truck had extra room left in it. Our items where not damaged or dirty when they where shipped. His crew ran out of shrink wrap shortly after they started. They assured us at the warehouse all the wood and items would be protected. We had the original wrapping for the white furniture but when we received it there was 1 cover on & it wasn't even covering the furniture. All mattresses where clean because they have never moved from that house. [redacted] waited until the truck was loaded & told us we had to pay Cash not credit card like we where told & is printed on his flyer. Did the same thing when they delivered the household goods, had to pay in cash. As far as the damage we called & it is on the delivery paper of the damage. Contacted [redacted] to notify him of the damage & he said the claims dept. would call which never happened. I've moved all over the world & not even in foreign countries did they ship & do this much damage.

This is literally the worst moving experience I have ever had. I have moved several times with movers and am well aware that sometimes things get broken or take longer than expected but this company was absolutely ridiculous. First, the dispatcher told me the move would be from 12pm-2pm. The movers called around 12:30pm and let me know they were on their way and they got to my house at 1:20pm. I had scheduled a bunch of service workers to come around 4pm and missed every appt. Secondly, the movers literally walked as slow as possible to drag out the time and carried one box or cushion down at a time. They took so long that me and my two friends ended up helping the movers so we wouldn't be there the entire day. Third, their dollies were not wrapped with cushions and they broke off three legs from two different TV stands and the back of a cabinet. Fourth, I packed many things in duffel bags and while unloading I noticed some of the duffels were open and I asked them why, and they said they had no clue. Lastly they demolished an antique table I had and hid it under the blankets in the truck. When asked where the table was they lied and said they had left it at my apartment but after looking over the truck we found it hidden under blankets. Nothing about this move was a positive experience. I would seriously reconsider ever using this company unless you want it to take more than 5 hrs for a one bedroom apt and want all of your furniture broken.

The owner lied about who he was on the phone, where he was from....and the lies piled on and on when it came to moving our things. I am not one to write reviews, but I really felt that everyone out there should be warned about this guy. The movers I have nothing against, but the swindler [redacted] (the owner) is not to be trifled with. He promised us a much larger truck, sent a smaller one, left some of our stuff behind, and offered to pick it up as a 2nd charged trip; overcharged us by 2 hours, and when we refused to pay this extra charge, threatened to keep our stuff hostage! I spoke to a lawyer about it and was fully ready to take this to a legal level, even though the costs would have been significantly higher than what was being stolen from me. However, after rational thought, it wasn't worth the stress to keep sm like this in my life. I still intend on filing as many complaints as I can, and write as many reviews as I can. No business should ever get away with stealing from its customers and live to swindle another day....
