Review: I booked a move with [redacted] at Quick Delivery and movers and got a quote for a 17 ft truck with 2 men 3 hour minimum for 39.99 per hour and for a 1 bedroom apartment which should have taken 3 -4 hours max to move me a mile and a half down the road. [redacted] calls me 3 days before the move and tells me he will have a 26 foot truck in my area which I was the first move of they day and it would only be 4 dollars an hour more. I told him I did not think that was necessary but he presses the issue and I figured what's 4 bucks for 3-4 hours. Fast forward to move day. They show up at 7 am , took their time and it took 5 hours to move me. Therefor doubling what I was quoted. I was quoted 150 out the door for 3 hours and if I wanted to use my credit card it was an extra 20.00. I paid cash. They called into [redacted] and told him it was a 5 hour job and you could hear [redacted] tell them to charge me 5.25 hours and they charged me a 25 percent full charge. Their advertisement stated no trip charges or hidden fees. I was at their mercy and had to pay them.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of at least 45.00

On behalf of quick delivery and moving , I would like to apologize for the inconvenience, after talking to the driver and hear his side of the story we got to the customer house at 645 am driver approach the customer his name is [redacted] the driver explained to him the contract is a 3 hours minimum and 25 percent gas fee in top of total bill anytime be beyond the three hours will be charge in 15 minute increments customer agrees and he sign the invoice as I attashed to you in a previous email , office staff give the customer an estimate over based customers information we start working at 7 o'clock and we finished at 1215 if we count the time from start to finish you would come up with 5 hours .2 5 which is total of $300 customer paid , and [redacted] , person who never there and she was never in the pictures asking for a refund of $45 , and we attach the contract sing by Mr [redacted] , conclusion of all the complaining that the movie took 5.25 because it is so much packing need to be done previous to the movies to get there a none of that happened , the movie have to spend time clean the mess and pack the stuff , all that being said we would like to offer the customer $20 gift card we do not refund any money back its a company policy.

On 4/30/2016, My elderly mother scheduled a 12:00 pm appointment with this company to come in and pack her apartment and move it to storage. By 12:30, they still had not shown up. We called and were given the excuse of finishing up another job and will be done shortly. 4 hours later and 3 phone calls of getting the run around, I was told to take my business elsewhere. Not sure why they would commit to our appointment if they were so busy! Needless to say, we were caught in a difficult situation as we were coming from out of state and she had to be out by end of day. Terrible business practice and awful customer service! Do NOT use this company!
