Hello, Mr***’s claim on 11/16/was denied due to gradual reduction in operating performance due to wear and tearThis is consistent with the exclusion in the contract terms & conditions which states: “This agreement does not provide coverage (….) for gradual reduction in

I am rejecting this response because: The repairs haven't taken place I am in constant contact with a *** *** at ###-###-#### who told me on Monday, February 13, that the payment was sent to the mechanic and I would be reimburse of a $car rental bill To no surprise, after speaking with *** *** today, Friday, February 17, 2017, the adjuster hasn't made the payment to the mechanic AND I have to rent a car for another week I am in complete shock Even when Omega Auto Care is in the wrong and I am in communication with "management", their customer service shows why myself and others have to resort to complaining to the Revdex.com I am now consulting with my attorney This has created unnecessary stress, expenses, and pure disgust I purchased the warranty in good faith that Omega Auto Care would uphold their end of a contractual relationship just as I have done every month in the last two years with submitting my payment faithfully via electronic draft THE AUDACITY AND LIES OF OMEGA AUTO CARE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE AND MONEY OF CUSTOMERS HAS REACHED AN ALL TIME HIGH!!!!!

Hello,We sent a refund check to Ms*** yesterday We sent it next day air saver UPS, so it should have arrived by the end of the day today The amount of the check was $2, This is a prorated refund based on 24.10% of the policy being used (and after a $cancel fee

Hello,I apologize for the customer’s frustration, the broker’s office hadn’t heard from Ms*** since she set up the policy originally, so when we received the payment agreement back without an accompanying letter, we thought there was an errorThe policy has already been cancelled with the
billing company, so no additional funds will be coming out of her account.A refund is currently being processed and will be mailed to Ms*** as soon as possible.
