Hello, We have spoken with the company that sold this policy and they have canceled the policy and refunded the customer's down payment of $195 back to her credit card. This was done on 11/30/2016 and can take 2-3 business days to process. Please let us know if there is anything else required...

I am rejecting this response because:I won't accept because my mechanic has proof it was not leaking as previously said by omaga management. The inspector that had came down to check it even said it was internal problems. The manager bobby I talked to said that he had proof it had bin leaking for a long time and that his picture showed that my mechanic says that is not the case and as for maintenance on the car I keep up with that regularly. I also canceled this because I can't trust a business that lies about who they work with and try to just take your money and never fix what they say they would.

Mr. [redacted]' contract has been cancelled as he requested and the refund has been processed. Everything was done according to normal procedure by our claims department. The customer's shop first called in on 9-26-16, and we asked for tear down authorization. An inspection was ordered 10-7-16, once the shop completed the tear down. The inspection was back to us on 10-11-16.As we indicated in our previous response, Mr. [redacted]' claim on his transfer case was denied for long-term failure which caused a lack of lubrication. Gelling of the transfer case fluid lead to failure. Basically, it was ran low on fluid and the residual fluid hardened and destroyed the transfer case.Our claims department spoke to the customer and advised him that the pictures from the inspection report clearly show the long term leak that caused this failure.His policy has been canceled and his refund has been processed. Thank you,Omega Auto Care###-###-####
