At no point in time did I say I wanted a 4WD vehicle That was assumed by the sales personI stated that I wanted the advertised deal and was told the truck sold "a few days ago"When the sales manager called to rectify the issue, I was still requesting a 2WD truck and that's what I was gettingThe deal he tried to give me at that point was originally $a month and I had to negotiate him down to the original advertised priceI then asked him what the most he would pay for my current vehicle was, and he gave me a price rangeMy vehicle payoff was within the range he gave meHe then "changed (his) mind" and refused to pay the amount he originally stated he would payIf he made a mistake that is not my fault and he should honor the price he originally told me he would pay for the vehicle Regards, [redacted] ***

May I please request the name of the Quirk dealership?

Quirk Subaru apologizes for any inconvenience that Mr [redacted] experienced Unfortunately, the communication between Mr [redacted] and Quirk Subaru was not satisfactory to either party

I have several comments that I would like sent to the contact at Quirk Kia. First of all the vehicle had less than 40k on it when the release was signed. It also was at 9 years and 11 months. Releases are generally used by automotive shops to protect them from something that could go wrong like collapsing valves during a oil change or some other related damage related to working on an old car. This release had nothing to do with the oil leaks that were never fixed by Quirk. This release was signed at the time the oxygen sensor and running boards were removed. Little did I know at the time that Quirk never fixed any of the issues with the oil leak and actually tried to fix it without doing the proper repairs according to one other Kia Dealer and one independent repair shop. I am accepting this as closure as I have made a private agreement with Kia. I am not happy about any of this but just want it ended so I can get another car for my daughter. RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] . I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please note I am declining Quirk Subaru's response for the following reasons:1) Represented themselves as [redacted] participants and in fact they are not They never corrected my assumption I had called about whether they were [redacted] participants and was given [redacted] as the [redacted] agent.2) There were crosstreks (white) that I was to test drive less than hours before arriving When I arrived they were sold and I could not see them.3) [redacted] (e-mail available) said that within the hour he would send me a letter of apology for the GM behavior It never took place I asked him for the Quirk corporate address he reported he would also send that and he never did.4) I made an appointment with [redacted] to test drive the vehicle I was told to come back later , odd in itself, which I did and they still would not make a vehicle available for test driving instead telling me to come on the weekendThis is when [redacted] dismissed me as a customer (which I have been of Subaru for over years).Hence, this leads me to see my interaction with this business as mis-representation ( [redacted] ) and bait and switch (vehicles are on the lot and then they are gone the next morning) not to mention the volatile and dismissive behavior of [redacted] the GM who denied that there was anyone above him to appeal Regards, [redacted]

Mr [redacted] freely and voluntarily signed a lease contract on 12/23/2016, not 12/30/ Mr [redacted] was never informed it would take less than a week for the vehicle to get here He was told that it would take about two weeks or so, but we do not know the exact date because we do not control **’s transportation processWhen Mr [redacted] ’s vehicle arrived on 1/3/2017, he was contacted from Quirk Chevrolet that it arrivedQuirk Chevrolet also paid Mr [redacted] ’s first payment for him to keep him happy with us
