We sold the [redacted] that [redacted] was referencing for Mr [redacted] and he was not interested in other colors for the vehicle

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below Quirk [redacted] said they were paying off my current lease completely and not counting any negative equity against me so clearly that is a fabrication of the events to say that my trade caused the payment on the deal to increase They even showed me this on a line by line quote sheet, showing they were paying off my current lease without adding to the new lease cost. Also I was never offered $375mo on the white Sedona SX in stock When did this happen? Regards, [redacted] ***

We paid off the lease and during that two month period there were no payments made by [redacted] We only processed the lease return

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and will contact them for a date to have my vehicle repaired and if the repair is done correctly it will satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] It is premature to close the complaint now They acknowledged the problem back in October and never took steps to correct it I will inform you when the microphone is replaced satisfactorily Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] [I never mentioned I signed the lease contract on December 30, 2016, I mentioned that I notified the General Manager, [redacted] and the Sales representative, [redacted] by email on December 30, not to proceed with the registration and to call me back so I can talk over the phoneWhen [redacted] called me on January 3, 2017, I told him to cancel my lease contract and he was okay with itHe called me few days later to check with me if he can sell the car as somebody was looking for it and I said sureI was not informed at that time that I cannot cancel my lease contractI did not receive any correspondence from Quirk Chevrolet since then until I heard from [redacted] about my payments that are due .] [redacted]

The truck was originally purchased on 2/15/and Mr [redacted] complained several times to [redacted] regarding the wheels Mr [redacted] was unhappy with the wheels (see attached) and then waited until 3/7/to decide to pick it up because he was trying to get the wheels for much less than we were able to offer them to him for Mr [redacted] saw the wheels the day he purchased it and we spent a lot of time researching what different wheels would cost to upgrade I called Mr [redacted] the day before he picked up the truck and everything seemed to be good Mr [redacted] picked up then a few days later, 3/7/brought it back on 3/10/to get assist steps installed and the bumper fixed which was alleged to be damaged by Quirk Chevrolet Instead of us, Quirk Chevrolet, denying anything or replacing the bumper with a “refurbished” part as Mr [redacted] stated, we replaced it with a new [redacted] bumper Mr [redacted] was referred to us by a respectable customer which is the reason why we have been trying hard to resolve this with him What Mr [redacted] is requesting is unreasonable I called Mr [redacted] on 3/11/and we did not have a pleasant conversation The truck was not in a “major accident” and does not have any “paint work.” We are not willing to upgrade his wheels, but we did offer him $

[redacted] , We did send a replacement via [redacted] Tracking Number: [redacted] You are absolutely rightThey picked it up from us but it hasn't moved in the systemI have refunded your order in full an apologize for the inconvenience we have caused you

Tell us why hereThe order was placed on Sunday 6/7/15, We processed the order on Monday 6/8/on which an email was sent to customer stating the part was not in stock and will take 3-days to ship,The order shipped on 6/12/and was received on 6/15/15,The customer called us Quirkparts on Saturday 6/27/to let us know that he did not need the part, we issued a return label and refunded his purchase once we received the part back on 7/1/15.The customer also received a tacking number via email once the item was shipped, which once clicked on will give him estimate time of arrival and delays if any on the order

That is not what happened Regardless, the money was refunded a few days ago

[redacted] Quirk implies that there was a NTB Recall on my vehicle engine 2X # [redacted] I did call the NTB and speak with them and they said there WAS NO RECALL issued by them for my Juke except for three I have supplied, the said it may have been a " [redacted] Campaign", I was advised to call [redacted] Corp and request what work was done on my vehicle [redacted] I called [redacted] Corp.and was advised that [redacted] conducted a "voluntary campaign", not a "NTB RECALL", on my Juke in May of 2015, which consisted of a component of the engine (timing chain, chain guide, and scopet)this had to have been done prior to be buying it in early June of [redacted] You mention the oil change time intervals I did on my [redacted] JukeYou fail to mention that there are two (2) schedules, and schedule clearly states 7,miles or months [redacted] I gave my [redacted] Corporation Consumer Complaint number, this is something that you should be able to access because you work for [redacted] I do not understand why your are unable [redacted] You mention that you need pictures of my cars engineAgain, I suggested [redacted] , as well as [redacted] Corporation if anyone has pictures it would be themAgain, you are a part of [redacted] I do not know why you are unable to access this claim [redacted] When this problem first occurred with my vehicle, prior to being sent to [redacted] I did contact the service department at Quirk [redacted] regarding my vehicle and spoke to "***", who was very rude, as well as unprofessional and not helpfulI requested the name of his supervisor which he arrogantly supplied to me and told me he would not be in until 9:30amI did call his supervisor at 9:am and file a complaint against him, and he said he would speak to himthe reason I mention this is that if your service department "***" had done his job the way I would hope he was trained to do (good customer service) Quirk, would have everything that you ask me for now, but [redacted] was not willing to help me so I had to reach out to another [redacted] dealer for assistance I am still requesting to be reimbursed in full for all of my out of pocket expenses as previously describedIf Quirk refuses I will have no other choice but to file a claim

We had found, as stated in the original complaint, that the repairs that [redacted] recommended for his vehicle were not caused by what had been completed at our repair facility We sent to [redacted] , as a courtesy, parts that would help facilitate his repairs We also recommended a less costly fix for what was found by [redacted] to help the customer

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] this is not anywhere close to accurateThe advertised price of wheel upgrade could not be met said the dealership so I reached out to the manufacturer for more information as to whyOnce the issue had been explained I arrive to take delivery of my truckOnly to find out it was damaged and in an accidentKeep in mind this truck has never left the deal ships lotI was pushed into driving it home as I was left stranded as they already swapped my registration over to this truckIt was a Saturday so they told me to bring it back on TuesdayI documented the damage with the salesman before I stepped foot into the vehicleI then drove it home and directly back to the dealer on TuesdayI drove it nowhere elseThe service department was suppose to be taking care of everything so I could have the truck Tuesday nightWhen I arrived Tuesday night to pick up my brand new truck I was extremely disappointed to find it covered in grease, a damaged bumper and a damaged fender needing extensive paint workI refused to take the vehicle once again and left it in their possessionWednesday morning I was in contact with the service departmentThey apologized taking all responsibility admitting it was their technician who did all of the damage and it was terribly inexcusableThe general manager said to me "it's just a scratch" "it's only a truck get over it" "your only trying to get things for free"I really can't believe the General Mamager of such a popular car dealership could talk like this to a customerEspecially where all of the issues I'm having were due to 100% neglible actions on behalf of the dealership that they fully admitted to me I have not been pleased with this dealer since the second I signed the dotted lineThe dealership got their money and has not cared about me as a customer following that momentThey offered me to repair the vehicle for the 3rd time but never offered to supply me with a rental car, offer me an extended warranty on the work they repaired or to compensate me for all I've been thrueI'm in no way satisfied with this dealership and they act as if nobody can hold them accountable for anything because of their high level of financial backing Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Wow!Now they are saying that I’m not telling the truth. How naive and stupid I was doing business in this placeI don’t know who wrote that response but it seems that person has no idea what’s happening.First of all, I’m not a liar.I’m not making up a single word. They said everything I wrote in the last comment.Upfront fee for 0%apr? Are you kidding me?Who is this Earth would accept such thing? [redacted] didn’t mention once about any fee if they could get it for meNot at all.If I knew such thing I would never do it because I mentioned to him I had an offer of 1.99% from a Credit Union where I have an account. They know all thatI still can’t believe this is happening to me.Please show me where, in the contract, is mentioning about the upfront fee for financing at 0%apr.Also why in the field “discount “ $6,was added to the total. To me, discount means a deduction from the usual cost of something, not addition. And that what was promised to me Regards, [redacted]
