I am no longer with the same cell phone carrier so I have no pictures at the momentI have some emails where I am complaining about the tire and a chat message with salesman to try and get in to get the tire fixed again. I also have included the original sales receipt from when I purchased the carJW stated to my loan servicer I bought the car in June and was days late August 1st which was not trueThe deal I got was no payment for days and my payment wasnt due until 7/30/i paid it on 7/29/16. This is still on my credit report and I have received several denials because of thisAll I want JW to do, is clear all their entries and to correct that payment historyI already replaced the tires on the car what else can they do at this point? Heck, they are just now responding to my third complaint against them so that shows you they dont care and they have poor customer service

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  Fo Mr.G[redacted] called me on 3/8/18 to introduce himself as the new manager at Jeff Wyler.  This is my third complaint against Jeff Wyler so this complain was cone before he started so how dare he make that assumption!!  I have been trying for over 2 years to get my tires fixed and had to come out of my own pocket to replace something they should have fixed on 4/30/16 when I purchased the car so me being able to get a car has nothing to do with this. Yes I am upset that they hit my credit 3 times for no reason, wasted countless hours for no reason,lied and manipulated just to meet a quota and now their new manager is making false statements. Total [redacted]!!   Not to mention, I bought the car on 4/30/16. They informed [redacted] credit Union, who I got my loan thru, that I purchased the car on June 1.  When I got the car, one of the options was NO PAYMENT FOR 90 DAYS. So my car note wasnt due until 7/30/18.I paid my car note on 7/29/16. Instead, it was reported to [redacted] that my car payment was 2 months behind and this was on my credit report.  I have my sales receipt and my registration that shows the exact date of purchase.  they also changed my car payment amount. My original payment was $409.  I received a call from a salesman there a week after purchase and they stated they had to charge me a higher interest rate so my car went from $409.36 to $434.09.  So you see,I have been riding this wave for some time now.   I have all my receipts, title, and every email that corresponds with Jeff Wyler.  Mr. G[redacted] made it seem like he was willing to help me fix my problem but all in all he was there to try to discredit me and try to brush me off from this complaint.  This complaint was completed prior to him starting.  I have all the email correspondences from everyone I have spoken with at Jeff Wyler for the past almost 2 years. I am so overly done with Jeff Wyler at this point especially when Mr. G[redacted] just made this false statement.  Their service is horrible. Customer Service is horrible and their sales techniques are HORRIBLE! I will NEVER recommend anyone to this Auto Dealership and I should have taken everyone else's advice when they told me do not go here!

Mr. Newton’s primary issues are the insurance company did not total his vehicle and still believes we had something to do with that?
[redacted] was provided a Cadillac loaner vehicle for the entire length of time that his vehicle was in for repairs. This was provided to him at no charge, as his policy did not provide for alternate transportation.

Regarding the complaint filed by [redacted]
The sales person that she dealt with during her purchase is no longer with Jeff Wyler.
The sales manager provided a vehicle for her to use while her vehicle is being repaired.

The statement in this letter is totally false...when I took my car to the dealer on 5/13/2017...The only problem I was having was a oil leak... My car was not running HOT at all,  also the dealer stated that they offered me my money back,  that is not true... the dealer also stated that they explain to me the engine was used and would require normal maintenance that is also false... Brett K[redacted] TOLD me they were going to place a New Engine in my car, because they could not resolve the problem with my engine after they repaired the Head Gaskets...They never gave me a choice of returning my money....

A full refund check was mailed out to Ms. [redacted], July 24th..

Ms. [redacted] originally came in on 05/13/2017 with the complaint that vehicle was leaking oil and, overheating. We completed the agreed service. Mrs. [redacted] returned with multiple issues a week later.  I felt the customer presented enough evidence that the Engine should have been...

replaced not a rebuild/reseal. We offered to credit back the customer $4,894.01 or, replace her engine and she opted for, Engine replacement.  It was explained to her the engine was used and, would require normal maintenance.   Mr. L[redacted] has agreed to make the repairs to her water pump as a good will repair.  The warranty for this repair only is 12 months, 12,000 miles.  No other adjustments or repairs will be done at no charge.   Please have Ms. [redacted] contact Steve L[redacted] at [redacted] to schedule.   Thank you, Frances K[redacted] Jeff Wyler Automotive Family

We had to order parts for the recall and had some confusion with the customer on installation we have since resolved . She was also upset because she was felt we charged to much for labor. The customer signed the repair estimate and work order and the [redacted], Service Advisor reviewed the...

estimate with her. The repairs come with a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty and all parts used are genuine Nissan parts.
