Review: I placed an order for a set of headlights, signal lights, and led lights for my truck. Total purchase price of $475.70. Order #[redacted]. I placed the order on mar 26,2015, and the money was taken out of my bank account on mar 27,2015. On mar 31st I messaged them asking when I could expect my order and their reply was that they would check on it. I waited till April 5,2015 and sent another message stating I wanted a refund because I hadn't heard anything from them. I stated that if I didn't receive a refund I would contact the Revdex.com. Their response was on April 6 th stating that they would submit a cancellation. As soon as it was canceled they would send me a check. I replied with a thank you and sorry for the inconvenience, and asked if they would notify me when they mailed the check. On April 8th, HMS messaged me that when the check is sent, my order status would change from pending to canceled. On Aoril 9th, I replied with thank you. On April 16, I messaged HMS again, my order still showed pending, asking again about my refund but no answer. I checked today on my order status and it still shows pending. Still no reply from HMS.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a full refund of my money.

Review: I placed an order with this company on Feb 4th 2014. I used my paypal acct and the money was accepted immediately. 2 days later I get a message through their system saying the product I have chosen was currently out of stock and they are willing to send another product similar to what I had placed. I replied the same day with a response of possibly getting something else since the product they offered wasnt anything I was looking for. That was the last time I've heard from anyone from that company. I kept messaging them several times but, they have failed to contact me at all. I even called several times and left a few messages but no one has answered or returned my calls. I have already escalates this issue with paypal to try and get my money back but, it has gone beyond a refund. I have read other reviews online from pervious consumers and they have had the same issue with this company. Its ridiculous that a company like them can operate like this. There's a difference with having bad customer service and NO service at all. They are the worst online business ever. Please review and do what needs to be done to fix what they can't.Desired Settlement: Whatever you can do to get them to respond and become a better business and change their customer policy or handling of customer service.

Review: March 18th I contacted Racso by email and phone regarding their product that was not functional (aftermarket headlight bulbs and harnesses) that had the hi and low beam reversed. After several attempts to contact they got back to me a week later. I gave him his requested pictures of my problem and it turned out they had sent me an outdated wire harness for a different year model. Week by week would go by without hearing from them on how they would fix the problem. They would not respond by phone or email. Finally on April 24th, they mentioned I could either cut and splice the harness or they could send me a new harness. I attempted to do the wiring myself, however not being an electrician, I requested to have them send me a new harness.

I asked for them to ship me a replacement item and supply a shipping confirmation and tracking number on the item back in early June and I have been calling weekly and emailing and they refuse to get back to me. This has caused a great deal of frustration and none of my attempts of communication have succeeded. I am upset that I gave them a month to send me a replacement in time for a big car show and I never heard a peep from them. 4 months and I am stuck with a product that doesn't function as marketed.Desired Settlement: I want a replacement harness sent immediately but I would prefer to be refunded my money as I don't want to do any future business with this company period.
