I DIDNT EVEN REQUEST A LOAN!!!!THEY ARE FRAUDULENT AND ARE KILLING ME FINANCIALLY. IM CONTACTING THE POLICE, CONSUMER AFFAIRS,MY BANK AND THE LOCAL NEWS SO EVERYONE CAN BE AWARE OF THIS TYPE OF FRAUD.

Received $500 in my account, then started deducting $129.24 every 2 weeks. When I caught this, I was told it was for a personal loan I took out. They emailed me a copy of the loan, signed electronically, with information that was false, and not mine. They promptly updated the information to my correct information, but I did not take out a loan to begin with!

In accordance with federal law you should always be able to cancel an ACH agreement with any business. There is no way to do this on the online profile. Calling customer care puts you on hold and then after a few mins says you have waited long enough and prompts you to leave a message. I have done this and no correspondence back it says you can contact by email but that only sends back a generic response email that they will respond in two business days. But they do not. So they are preventing customers from their rights to cancel ACH payments

I took out a Payday loan through Radiant Cash back in May 2018 for $500. I have been making payments on time for the full amount. I called on Sept. 28th to pay off my loan (which they told me the payoff amount was $449...which is crazy how much interest there is). The payment cleared my bank account the next day, Sept 29th, because I paid it off with my debit card. On Oct 4th, my next payday, I had a charge of $138.89 from Radiant Cash, which was my biweekly payment amount, even though I had paid off my loan. I called several times, and tried the multiple numbers on their website, always getting a busy message and no one calling me back. I finally selected that I was calling "regarding a new loan" because that's the only way to speak to anyone, and talked to ***. I told her I got charged and she told me that my payoff was never noted on my account. She said that she would process the refund and it would take 5 days to get my money back, ok whatever. I end up waiting 11 days (7 business days), because of the holiday before calling back on Oct 15th because I still did not have my refund. I talked to I believe ***, and was told my refund was never processed because they had supposedly tried calling me (they hadn't) on the 4th to get my bank to cancel the charge. So I was told it would be ANOTHER 5 days before I got my refund. It is now Oct 22, 7 days since I called last (6 business days) and I STILL do not have my refund. I called today and talked to 4 different people this morning, including one "supervisor" who apparently couldn't do anything because she's not Customer Service. I probably spent 30+ minutes on hold while they tried to get someone to help me, and surprisingly Customer Service was never available. I was told that I would get a call back from a Customer Service supervisor before they end of the day today. I just called again and talked to Roger, who said that it would now be tomorrow that I would get a call back. This is absolutely disgraceful service and deplorable business practices. If I applied for a loan, they would get the money to me by the next day, but it has been 18 days and I still can't get my STOLEN money back. I will be filing theft charges through my bank tomorrow because they obviously don't care enough to give me my refund...but they have been calling me almost every day to see if I want to apply for a new loan, even after telling them to stop. Never again will I use this company.

When you borrow 400 dollars but end up paying back over 2000 on that 400 loan. It's robbery. Don't do business with this company

Like many of the complaints so far, I visited the Radiant Cash website to find more information, filled out some info, and found out I was approved. However, there was no option to accept or decline. Nor did I see anything about the outrageous interest rate. I borrowed $400 and have paid back over $700 now, with no end in sight. I never would have agreed to this if I knew what was going to happen.

I would like to file a formal complaint against Radiant Cash. I took out a loan from them on 7/9/18 and on 7/11/18, I emailed them asking to give me a call because I tried calling their office to make payment to avoid any interest fees. They responded on 7/12/18 and mentioned that I would have to wait 5 business days to make payment and told me that I need to pay interest fees on the 17th on top of the principal loan. From 7/17-8/4, I tried calling their office numerous times to make payment but never had the chance to do so. Their website also does not allow customers to make payment. It seems as if they give their customers a hard time reaching out to them to make payment so they can make money on their interest which is ridiculously high (574.99%). On 8/4/18, I again tried calling and also emailed them asking them to give me a call to make payment but again no response. On 8/6/18, I followed up and asked again through email but no response. I tried calling their new customer line and finally was able to get through. It also seems as if they only answer phones through the new customer line. I spoke to their manager and I explained the situation to him on 8/6/18 but he refused to help me out with the situation. He says that he cannot do anything about it. I asked him if I can just make payment on the full principal and no more on the interest since I already paid over $120 in interest but he refused to budge and said that if I only pay the principal, that they will add interest (574.99%) to the balance owed. I went ahead and paid the full amount owed to Radiant on 8/6/18 but on 8/10/18, they charged me another $82.29 on my checking account without my knowledge so I called them on 8/14/18 and asked them to refund the funds back to my account ASAP and they agreed to do so. On 8/17/18, I followed up with them and spoke to one of their reps and he says that it is still being processed. On 8/20/18, I called and spoke to one of their reps but then he says that there was no over payment made by me. I explained that there was and it is being processed but he says there wasn't. I decided to call back and speak to someone else and they then agreed that there was an overpayment so they said that they would process again. I let them know that if I did not receive my refund by end of the day 8/21/18, I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com. I called them today and they tell me that they processed request but it would take another 4-5 business days. I honestly believe that I should not have been responsible to pay for any of the interest fees on the loan and I firmly believe that this is something that this is not good business practice. I should not have paid interest fees if it wasn't for their service and payment accessibility. They do not give access to customers to make payment so they can tack on the outrageous interest rates so they can profit at the expense of the customer.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 13047353, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
My complaint is not about the high interest rates. My complaint is about how I tried several times for a few weeks calling your office to make payment on my loan but company never answered and never received a response. I also sent emails asking for the company to give me a call so I can make payment and avoid the daily interest fees accruing but never heard back. I was even told that I cannot make payment until 5 days after receipt of funds which should not have been an issue.

Regards,

Justin Avestro

I am happy with the service I receive from Radiant Cash. They have been there for me when I needed it.

I was in a car accident and my loan payment was coming due. I needed all the money I could to get a rental car so I wouldn’t lose my job. They actually postponed the payment for me so I could have the extra money. Greatly appreciated!

I certainly have had some rough financial patches. But Radiant Cash has always been there. Rent lights all were saved by Radiant Cash

Wonderful service team and quick at getting funds

I was very impressed at the level of professionalism used in my representative that I worked with... They were very courteous, Knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend Radiant Cash to all my family and friends!!! ??????????

Radiant Cash was a life saver during my time of need. Very friendly and helpful staff, reasonable fees and no prepayment penalties.. I highly recommend for short term lending..

Radiant cash is a excellent source to go to for some extra cash customer service is great and the rates are good and get better the more you use them and you pay over time nothing like a payday loan. I would recommend them .

I was looking into a Payday loan by Radiant Cash, I put in all of my info to see if I'm eligible. Then on the next page it said that I was, showed me the repayment terms, which I did not want to accept, but the website had no option to decline. At which point I attempted to contact them at the number listed on their website multiple times, at which point after being on hold for only 1 minute and 30 seconds the automated system states that I've been waiting long enough and sends me to voicemail, I left multiple messages and have no received a response. This morning I woke up to see that they still deposited the money into my account which I did not agree to.
