We signed a contract with *** with the following terms “RAI agrees to pay a rate of $ net to station per thirty-second unit, paid upon collection.” These terms were approved by *** and our contract was put into effect. We have rendered all monies owed to *** and are NOT currently contracted nor working with them.

I am rejecting this response because:I sent in a cancel request on the same billing paper that was sent to me initially. It was sent back in the yellow envelope that was provided. I wrote on the first correspondence they sent me that I want to cancel this entirely. On the second one they sent me I wrote back that I already cancelled this. Both were sent back in the yellow envelopes that were included. Both copies are attached as well as copies of the envelopes. I scanned my own copies of these items for my records. Both stamped and sent out immediately. The address on the envelope is already preprinted.Revdex.com please review the attached notifications for cancellation and their respective envelopes for return

Please ask them to actually produce some proof and stop wasting our time
1) "Verbal authorization and confirmation of the order" Get the tape out and prove it! You can not because you're lying! I said I would do another add if and only if you sent proof the last advertisement ran, which they did not doI called the station and they knew nothing about the 1st add or any welcome home the troops anythingConfirming it was bogus
2) "provided Mr*** with the *** regulated affidavit (proof of station airing the spots)" Never received! They never bothered to call and see if I got it, because they never sent itThey were to call and confirm reception before running any other addThey did neither
3) "In addition the time schedule and invoice are sent via mail within business of the authorizationAll invoices and time schedules are on the same acknowledgment form; therefore if the invoice was received the time schedule would have been receivedThis includes the station call letters and frequency of where the campaign is being aired." 4) They have Nothing in writing with my authorization and no proof they ran anything
Show some dam proof and stop wasting our time

This company attempted to scam my business out of $for an apparent radio ad that I did not authorizeIf I had not called them to question the invoice and "cancel" the service that they fraudulently claimed that I authorized, I am sure a collection agency would have followedBeware to anyone who does business with this company

Said company originally contacted me in regards to a “Salute to troops” blood drive advertising radio campaignI agreed to be sent more information on the slot in order to make a more informed decisionThe man insisted I must decide at that very moment because”limited ad space is available”, although I declinedI never received any furthur information regarding the ad until an invoice for the amount of $arrived a month laterUpon receiving the invoice I immediately contacted the company to get it resolved and was met with very rude serviceThe company insisted that I agreed to this ad and that I was sent all of the documentation regarding the transcripts and time slotsThe company then agreed to send me an affidavit from the radio station to prove that this ad was ran, even though not approved in the first place Further, I contacted the radio station to try and prove the legitimacy of these claims and was reaffirmed that this is a complete scam by the said company to prey o
