I received a sales call on my work cell phone which has been on the National Do Not Call Registry since 9/13/ It was a man "telemarketing" radio advertising He agreed to mail me a packet for review on a program they had going on I never received any packet nor agreed to any sale Instead I received a $bill for an advertisement I knew nothing about, nor did I approve, nor agree to I received the bill and ignored it assuming this was a scam I then received another one I wrote a letter to this company on 8/8/saying this was not approved and I am not interested in this "supposed ad." I also noted in the letter, they no longer have permission to call my cell phone The calls still continue and they are changing their caller id from Chicago, IL, to unknown, to local numbers so that I will answer I will not pay for any bogus advertisement that I did not sign a CONTRACT for and agree to Per the hundreds of other documented complaints, this is their scam

Our VP of Operations received a call from a sales representative of Radio Accounting asking for us to participate in radio advertising for a veteran campaignThe sales person was asked to forward the ad for consideration, edits and approval to our VP of Operations They never sent anything to our VP to review The next correspondence was a bill for advertising charges that we never approved We asked for the recordings/ads to be provided to us IF they existed and expressed our concern when they could not do so We disputed the bill multiple times on the phone to the point of requesting them to stop calling and/or sending monthly statements for advertising that they can't provide proof of PLUS was never approved or authorized When they were questioned about the other complaints with the Revdex.com and the almost exact situation in each I was informed that it is common practice for advertising companies to have these type of complaints, and still...he could not produce ad that aired OR

This company will NOT stop calling me They have called me up to times a day trying to get me to use their services again Back in April I paid $to run an ad on a radio station for my company The ad never generated any business and to be honest I never heard the ad on the radio Since that time they will NOT stop calling me I have asked nicely, I have begged, demanded and even sworn at them yet they still call me I have tried blocking the number but they call from numbers that are "local" and when you try to call them back they don't work I called the radio station that they claim to be affiliated with and they stated they don't use them, have never used them and wouldn't call me like stalkers The radio station told me it sounded like a scam I have no idea if my ad even ran at this point I just want the calls to stop! They are rude and unprofessional

Last year this company managed to get past me and talked to the boss They lied to him and talked him into a radio ad They failed to get us a copy of the ad as promised, until after the so called ad had run, so we never heard it on the radio

Please ask them to actually produce some proof and stop wasting our time.
1) "Verbal authorization and confirmation of the order" Get the tape out and prove it! You can not because you're lying! I said I would do another add if and only if you sent proof the last advertisement ran, which they did not do. I called the station and they knew nothing about the 1st add or any welcome home the troops anything. Confirming it was bogus.
2) "provided Mr. [redacted] with the [redacted] regulated affidavit (proof of station airing the spots)" Never received! They never bothered to call and see if I got it, because they never sent it. They were to call and confirm reception before running any other add. They did neither.
3) "In addition the time schedule and invoice are sent via mail within 10 business of the authorization. All invoices and time schedules are on the same acknowledgment form; therefore if the invoice was received the time schedule would have been received. This includes the station call letters and frequency of where the campaign is being aired." The only thing I received was a bill after the fact. After the company claims they ran the add.
4) They have Nothing in writing with my authorization and no proof they ran anything.
Show some dam proof and stop wasting our time.
If this continues it is going to our Lawyer and the State Attorney General. You will be billed for my lost time dealing with this and our attorney fees.

The amount paid on 04/25/16 was for the announcements that aired 03/28/16 - 04/08/16.  All spots aired as scheduled and no dispute was made at that time.  No refunds will be given.  We have restricted the business from further solicitation calls.

As previously stated we have restricted your business from all solicitation and no refund is due to you. Please consider this our final response, RAI has repeatedly done everything as requested.
