To whom it may concern:
We are in receipt of a complaint filed with the Revdex.com by *** ***, a customer of the Indiana Finance Company (“IFC”)In reviewing her complaint, and her transaction history with IFC and Oak Motors, I have determined the following:
1) Ms***
purchased a Ford Fusion from Oak Motors on June 30, on a retail installment sales contract
2) This contract was subsequently assigned to IFC
3) The contract originally called for bi-weekly payments
4) However, in December of 2014, Ms*** indicated to IFC that she was having difficulty in the timing of her payments when combined with her other financial obligations
5) At her request, IFC then amended her account to have monthly paymentsAlso at her request, her payments were set to be due at the end of each month to better fit her budgetAdditionally, as part of the amendment, IFC brought her account current by deferring a payment that was then past dueIFC was willing to listen to Ms*** and help with her specific financial situation
6) In February of 2015, after the vehicle had been driven approximately 13,miles in seven months, some repairs became necessaryMs*** was unable to afford the cost of these repairsIn an effort to assist her, and in the spirit of our mission of providing dependable transportation, IFC financed these repairs for Ms*** on an interest free repair note
7) As of December 18, 2015, Ms*** is past due on both her car payment and her payments on the interest free repair note
As the above facts demonstrate, Oak and IFC have worked diligently with Ms*** to ensure that we are staying true to our mission of providing dependable and affordable transportation to individuals regardless of their credit history, and delivering our services in a financially sound and socially responsible mannerWe have taken steps that are outside our course of business (amending her account and providing an interest free repair note) so that she can have dependable transportationHer current complaint seems to have arisen because IFC would not issue an additional interest free repair note to cover new tiresThis decision was made because Ms*** has failed to pay on her first repair note as agreed and is significantly past dueWe want to continue to assist her in meeting her transportation needsIn order to do so, she needs to bring her account current, and resume making her payments on her repair note in order to pay it offWe would also ask that she reconsider her position and the unfair and unjust allegations she made in her complaint that only serve to create an adversarial relationship between IFC and Ms***
Finally, her vehicle is ready to be picked up at our Oak Anderson locationThe repairs were completed at no cost to herIFC has reached out to her on several occasions in the past week to inform her that her car is ready, and to see if we can find a resolve that works for both partiesAt this point she is nearly a month past due, and her account has been coded as a repossessionA ten day letter has also been sent to herWe want to continue to provide reliable transportation to her but she needs to communicate with us

To Whom it may concern: Mr*** is not a customer of Indiana Finance, so I am unable to comment directly to him regarding any IFC accounts that he is not a party to. Should any issues still be outstanding, I would encourage the IFC customer to contact IFC directly. As a
general comment, insurance claims can often take six to eight weeks (or longer) to resolveIt appears that the claim that Mr*** references in his complaint was processed much faster than normal. Thank you, Robert B***Corporate Counsel

I am rejecting this response because: I have gone to the post office to ensure that my title had not been caught up as I explained yesterday as wellI am absolutely certain that this company would not jump through hoops to look for my payment if it were as late as this title so I am unsure why a buisness would not want to satisfy a customers needs and replace the title they lostThis should not be my responsibilityMy part of the deal was to ensure timely payments to obtain my titleTheir end of the deal is to ensure that I get my title after the transaction is complete! That is the way buisness worksThis company shouldnt stop customer service until the title is received.

To who it may concern:IFC has not received any payments from Mr*** since March 24, 2016. If payments were removed from his account after that date, we did not receive themIf payments were removed from his account, he needs to bring in copies of his bank statements showing the debits to his accountHe can bring those statements to any Oak Motors location, or call IFC at 1-800-555-for instructions on how to email the statements or fax the statements to us, whichever is easiest for him. This customer’s vehicle was repossessed because they were past due on their payments for two monthsAlso, our company was unable to verify the customer’s insurance due to a pending cancelation at that timeThrift Investment Corporation is not responsible for any damages or repairsWe advised
this customer to contact the dealership where they purchased the vehicleThis account is currently in default of their contractual agreement, and payment arrangements need to be set up

I am truly sorry that MrWojdyla is unhappy with Suppes Ford. The mistake was make in the amount of tax charged. Suppes Ford is located in Cambria County, which has a 6% tax rate and MrWojdyla lives in Allegheny county which has a 7% tax rate. The amount that he owes is

To whom it may concern:I am in receipt of a complaint filed with your office by a Ms*** ***After reviewing her complaint, I have determined the following:1) Ms*** purchased a GMC Acadia from Oak Motors on September 4, 2015.2) As part of that transaction, Ms*** had two
deferred down payments of $These payments were due on September and October 2. 3) Ms*** failed to make her 9/paymentThe Indiana Finance Company (servicer for Oak Motors, and now the assignee of Ms***’s contract) made numerous attempts to contact her regarding her past due payment. 4) Ms*** spoke with IFC on 9/and indicated that she had not been paid correctly by her employer, and therefore was unable to make her 9/paymentIFC explained to Ms*** that there was no grace period for her down payments, and that she needed to bring proof that her paycheck had not been properly issued.5) IFC had no further contact with Ms*** regarding the missed payment, and therefore as a result of no payment or communication her account was put out for repossession on September 25. 6) Her vehicle was repossessed on September for non-payment She was ten days past due on her account.7) Ms*** redeemed her vehicle, has completed her down payments, and she is current on her accountShe will next be due on 10/in the amount of $275.00.Based on the foregoing, I would hope that Ms*** would retract the complaint that she has filed with your officeHer repossession was a result of non-payment and lack of communicationIFC has shown it is more than willing to work with Ms***, based on the fact that we redeemed her despite a lack of communication, including moving her residence without noticeWe certainly do not want to have an adversarial relationship with her, especially so early in her contractWe want her to succeed under the terms of her contractHer future success would be a benefit to her and usHowever, if she does have an occasional issue with keeping her account current, it is imperative that she communicate fully and timely with IFC so that we can work out a mutually acceptable resolve should that become necessaryAdditionally, I have verified that she is registered to make payments on our websiteShould she have any issues in the future being able to pay via the website, she should contact her account manager at 765-378-and they will fix the issue for her If you have any questions regarding our response please contact me at (765) 378-3062.Very truly yours,Robert ** ***Corporate Counsel

Thrift Investment Corporation mailed out *** ***'s title and contract on 3/11/to the address we have listed on fileThose documents have not been returned to us in the mailWe advised the customer to check with the post office to see if they received the documentsOur company
only has one original title for each customer, which we mailed out to the customer within thirty days of receiving the pay off

I am rejecting this response because: There was a certified letter received this weekend that stated the date of the sale however there was no information of the place that my car is being held and when called and asked the company they told me they couldn't give me that information until I paid them their money, per David, Manager and he said this to myself and my husband.
