Sending customer a return label and issuing full refund

Hello,It looks like we had received two out of three of Lissy's communications. We responded to both messages to her.All of our items are hand made and made to order so they do not ship immediately and have a production time.On 8/10/16 an email with the tracking number was sent to the customer's...

email address.I have had my Customer Service Manager call her today ( 8/30) due to the item not being delivered as of yet.We have reordered the item for [redacted] and have also refunded her the shipping cost of $14.95.

We cancelled the order on 4/10/2017 per the customer's request and our agent thought that the refund processed successfully to the card used for the purchase. We believed that this was taken care of until we received an email from the customer this morning letting us know that the refund was never...

processed. After researching we saw that the refund was not processed correctly and this is why we processed immediately today for the customer. This was an error on our end and we apologized for the inconvenience. A refund in the amount of $40.94 was processed today to the customer's account. Refunds may take 1-4 business days to process to the customer depending on their bank.  This was an error and we fixed it right away once contacted this morning at 9:30am EST. The refund was processed within a couple hours after the original email was received.

I just want my money refunded.  I tried contacting you on several occassion to cancel before orders were shipped with no response.  Please cancel and refund my money.

The customer and I are working on a resolution to satisfy her. I have processed a full refund for her order and also am having the order remade and shipped to her son and her house.

unrealistic resolution.
We are a legitimate company with production teams in both the US and Poland.
No where on our site do we list where items are made:

We will certainly accept a return for this order from the consumer for a refund after the customer receives the product and ships back to us. The customer can send the order back to us at the address below. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I had contacted the company two times prior to today. They held onto my money for 6 months, and, further, they have made misrepresentations in their response. I did not request for my order to be cancelled on April 10, 2017. Instead, they emailed me on that day indicating that my order was on back-order and I could either select other merchandise, or wait. I didn't respond to that email as I took it as if I waited, the merchandise would arrive. It never did. I followed up twice afterwards in May. And I assumed it was a scam because it was not a well-known company. Then I decided to follow up today, and it wasn't until I placed a complaint and a bad review that someone responded. This company held onto my money for 6 months. I believe restitution should be also awarded. As they have admitted, they made a mistake on their end.
