I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and verified my purchase price and shipping costs were properly refunded to my account. This resolution is satisfactory to me. I am thankful for the Revdex.com's assistance as this matter had dragged on for 3 months with no resolution. Upon registering my complaint, RageOn responded in one business day and refunded my order promptly. Business should not have to be this complicated for consumers, but I appreciate your support.

Hello,Our team sent out his package to him with the updated address before I could reply and process a refund.The order arrived to our office this weekend and we resent it out to him 1/4/16.He should be receiving it next week. We also refunded his shipping cost for him.

Hello,I have recently contacted [redacted] due to a review she left on another site. I am currently attempting to work with her to correct the issues with her order. While I was able to see the movement on the tracking site ( sometimes you need to refresh the page for an update) I see the order has...

stayed still for too long.I have offered to have the order remade and shipped via a different shipping method so that she can track and receive the gifts ordered.I also offered her items from our Ready to Ship section as an apology for all the trouble she has gone through. I am currently awaiting a response from her.I do understand her anger at us letting her down and I hope to be able to rectify the situation and have her happy with the outcome.

After looking into this we see that the gift card send via email may have had issues in processing to her email address through our internal system. The gift card was sent on July 12th. We really apologize for this and will go ahead and refund the original card as well as sending a gift card to her...

again for any inconvenience. So she will see a refund for $21.95 plus a $21.95 gift card via email. That email is sent to the email address we have on file. [redacted]

Per the customer's request the order was refunded on December 28th. The order was shipped out on December 15th but our overseas orders were held in customs for an extended amount of time. We do apologize for the disappointment the customer experienced.
