Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: In my initial complaint I stated that a key was owed as well as touch up paint The key has been received and the touch up paint is still owed as of now In regards to the touch up paint by the sales person Janida was not using any Audi ceritified touch up paint it was WHITE OUT from her desk! If the she had the touch up paint in hand then it would have been given to me upon pick up of the vehicle and I would not have an I OWE U for the items you didn't have If the car was delivered as promised touch up paint would not have been needed however that never happened and the scratches were never repaired from your body shop! I am still owed the touch up paint and when I spoke to Janida in August she stated she had the paint and was awaiting the key and would send them both together when I got a call last week from Stephanie and spoke to your parts department they stated the touch up paint was on order Extremely disappointed with the handling of these issues and it is now going on 1/months and they are still not rectified[redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Typically they will ask if I have any paperwork knowing they did not give me any even though I was told I would be given paperwork during the transaction with proof that they took my Hyundai from meAs a business (especially one selling an expensive product) they failed to tell me the above information during the transaction (the Hyundai being in my fathers name?)This did not come up as an issue at all during the transaction and I asked them if it would be, they assured me it would notThey assured me the remaining payments will be taken care of and I saw them write down information about itSeems as though all of that paperwork went into the trashLooks like they did everything possible to get me into a new car but did not fulfill their promiseI told them the only way I would lease the Audi is if they took care of the Hyundai and they easily accepted (because what is $off of a $40,vehicle?)If they were not willing to make such a deal then why not tell the customer during the transaction instead of failing to make the payments and damaging credit and relations with that customer? Atlantic Audi has gone above and beyond for this customer in fixing repairs as per their insurance company and unfortunately do to accidents the vehicle has been in the vehicle may need possible diagnosing which the insurance company has to authorize since the customer does not want to come out of
pocket for repairsWe have also provided our loaner QAT NO CHARGE to the customer for several months during the time of us waiting for the insurance company to decide what they want to do concerning the vehicle at this point we recommend they can bring it to another Audi dealership since we can no longer provide a loaner car to the customer.
