They have offered...

$1700 on a price difference of $5000. I have asked for an explanation of how they arrived at this figure. I have received no response. I have supporting materials from Kelly Blue Book and online listings covering more than 1000 cars of this make and model. This was a car described as like new with 5000 plus miles on it.

After reviewing the Customer’s complaint, we have concluded that Atlantic Audi West Islip has done no wrong. Attached please find an image titled “[redacted]”. This image is a screen shot of the information searches which the customer approved via our online service. Although...

the customer requested that the dealership not check his credit, the customer gave his permissible permission online. Once the customer gave his permission online, the credit check was performed automatically by an online service.  This complaint should not reflect badly on Atlantic Hyundai nor any of its’ affiliated companies and the dealership has not made any demand or claim against the Customer. In my initial complaint I stated that a key was owed as well as touch up paint.   The key has been received and the touch up paint is still owed as of now.   In regards to the touch up paint by the sales person Janida was not using any Audi ceritified touch up paint it was WHITE OUT from her desk!    If the she had the touch up paint in hand then it would have been given to me upon pick up of the vehicle and I would not have an I OWE U for the items you didn't have.   If the car was delivered as promised touch up paint would not have been needed however that never happened and the scratches were never repaired from your body shop! I am still owed the touch up paint and when I spoke to Janida in August she stated she had the paint and was awaiting the key and would send them both together when I got a call last week from Stephanie and spoke to your parts department they stated the touch up paint was on order.    Extremely disappointed with the handling of these issues and it is now going on 3 1/2 months and they are still not rectified.[redacted]

The Audi Q7 was brought in to Atlantic Audi in August 2015 to diagnose where water was leaking into the vehicle and to repair the MMI.  Over the course of several months I was continually notified that the vehicle was fully repaired in which it clearly was not.  As of today water is still leaking into the front drivers side foot area, an original complaint I brought this vehicle in for and they stated multiple times that they repaired.  As for this accident Atlantic Audi claims is responsible for the vehicle not being repaired is a complete lie and false.  The only accident this vehicle has been in is a minor passenger side swipe.  How can a minor accident causing damage to a passenger side door affect the driver’s side?  As previously stated Atlantic Audi continues to deny responsibility for charging my insurance company for repairs which are not related to the cause.
