Ralph is honest, quick to appraise and offers suggestions on repurposing gold and diamonds. I felt very good about my experience with him, the money I received in exchange for many unused items and can't wait for the final design details.

My experience with Mr. M[redacted] and his firm was outstanding. Mr. M[redacted] took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the method behind many of the diamond questions I had and made the entire experience/transaction the best I have encountered in this arena.
His experience and knowledge was unprecedented and made me feel more comfortable than I have ever felt with a diamond purchase/sale.
I have had bought/sold several diamonds over the last decade from different firms and without question this is where I will return in the future.

Went to Mr. [redacted]'s office with a friend of mine to assist her if she had any problems with selling her diamond. Either on her way or while we were there. Mr. [redacted] & everyone in that office were very kind & professional people. Mr. [redacted] even allowed me to see what the diamond looked like under a microscope. I've always wondered what those people would see in those little eye glasses on TV when they were trying to see if it was fake or real. [redacted] was more then happy to let find out. Recently I wanted to sell a diamond and ruby ring. Ralph Mueller and another company both gave me a quote for buying the ring. Ralph Mueller's was a couple of hundred dollars higher. They are very fair, honest, and professional in their dealings with their clients.
In addition, when I expressed my desire to sell some other pieces of jewelry that they couldn't help me with, they suggested another possible store. When I went to the second store, I was very satisfied with my sales there as well.

I have only good things to say about my experience with Ralph Mueller and Associates. I was selling my gold jewelry and shopped around trying to find who was paying top dollar. I'm glad I held off on selling until I visited their business because their offer was substantially more (Over $150.00 more)than the other 3 businesses offered me.
