2. SERVICE. Anticipate your customer or clients needs before they need to ask. And go an extra mile.

3. The customer or client must never feel that he or she has come as an interruption to your day, they are the very purpose of it. They are your life blood.

I would (will and have) recommend anyone searching for a reputable, honest, straightforward person to evaluate or purchase your diamond... Ralph and his associates are where you need to go!

He was pleasant, the office was secure, the staff were very nice and his evaluation was honest and fair. He was so nice and helpful that I hope to see him again on the streets of Scottsdale to buy him a beer!

A couple of months ago, we shopped around for a buyer for a diamond ring. The best, and actually enjoyable, experience we had was with Ralph Mueller. He was very respectful and pleasant, and best of all, we felt he was very trustworthy. We were happy with the price he offered us for the diamond. In addition, at no charge he offered to re-set a zircon into the gold setting so I could continue to wear the ring!. A very nice surprise. It looks like the original ring. Very happy with his services.

Recently I wanted to sell a diamond and ruby ring. Ralph Mueller and another company both gave me a quote for buying the ring. Ralph Mueller's was a couple of hundred dollars higher. They are very fair, honest, and professional in their dealings with their clients.
In addition, when I expressed my desire to sell some other pieces of jewelry that they couldn't help me with, they suggested another possible store. When I went to the second store, I was very satisfied with my sales there as well.

Went to Mr. [redacted]'s office with a friend of mine to assist her if she had any problems with selling her diamond. Either on her way or while we were there. Mr. [redacted] & everyone in that office were very kind & professional people. Mr. [redacted] even allowed me to see what the diamond looked like under a microscope. I've always wondered what those people would see in those little eye glasses on TV when they were trying to see if it was fake or real. [redacted] was more then happy to let find out. I have only good things to say about my experience with Ralph Mueller and Associates. I was selling my gold jewelry and shopped around trying to find who was paying top dollar. I'm glad I held off on selling until I visited their business because their offer was substantially more (Over $150.00 more)than the other 3 businesses offered me.
