We sold diamonds and gold to this business, and Mr. [redacted] was extremely knowledgeable, professional and accommodating to our needs. He explained every aspect of the transaction in detail, and took all the time necessary to satisfactorily answer our concerns. His demeanor is very straight forward, his verbiage is simple black and white, and he is a no-nonsense type individual. He gave us a very reasonable value for the items we brought in, and it was significantly higher than 3 other buyers had offered. We plan to do business with Mr. [redacted] in the future, and we will recommend him to everyone we know.
