Update to my complaint from last week is today on March 18, 2023 for the 3rd time a different installer came back because the last installer from R.A.S. left the microwave hanging from one side and as it turns out the reason why it was hanging from one side is he bend the metal bracket that hold the microwave and left it like that. The brand new microwave could have easily fell on my brand new stove and could have damaged the stove and microwave also. I was told Dec intaller today it bent because the previous installer drilled holes 17 3/4 inches down from top of cabinet when they should have been drilled 16 3/4 inches down. Now I have to order a new microwave and or bracket from GE and hope that R.A.S does not send out another one of their inexperienced hacks to install again with new bracket. Also new holes will have to be drilled 16 3/4 inches down on the brand-new drywall I have when I had mj y kitchen remodeled so the 2 holes he drilled incorrectly will have to be plastered and sanded and painted. Also the Regional Director has not contacted me like they said they would from your comment.

I want to give this company 0 stars, but I do not have that option. I purchased a brand new stove, microwave and dishwasher from Home Depot and they use R. A. S. logistics for delivery and installation of appliances. I paid for all 3 of these appliances to be installed but this company uses incompetent people that are too lazy to install the appliances and if they do they do not finish the installations. I took a whole vacation day from work so the appliances could be delivered and installed on Monday February 6, 2023 I was scheduled to have these 3 appliances delivered and installed but the delivery guy said he did not have time to install the appliances even though I had the paperwork that showed I paid for them to be installed. He then said he does not have the time to install and only to deliver them. He also had a cheap crescent wrench from dollar tree to try and remove the cap on the gas line so he did not try. After wasting my entire vacation day because they did not install any of the 3 appliances they had to try again to install them on Saturday, March 11, 2023 and sent two other different guys to install the dishwasher and microwave. He not only cut extra holes in the cabinet that were not needed he left all the pieces of wood and sawdust in the cabinet where he cut extra holes that were not needed as I had holes cut prior. He should have put a tarp over my new stove as he had sawdust all over the new stove and inside the new burners. He left a complete mess! The microwave he installed is also crooked. He then attempted to install the dishwasher and again drilled 2 new holes in the cabinet under the sink although I already had 2 holes cut prior for the dishwasher hose and drain line. Once again he left a ton of pieces of wood and sawdust everywhere for me to clean up and he did not even attempt to clean up. Even though this company and installer they sent out knew it was to install an 18 inch wide dishwasher they gave him a 26 inch mounting plate that was too long and he found not use. He also did not have the clamp needed to attach to drain hose so once again he was not prepared to install the dishwasher without the proper parts but blamed home depot and called home depot cheap for not giving him the 2 parts to install the dishwasher even though they knew ahead of time that they would be installing an 18 inch dishwasher like. I then wasted 3 hours on hold with home depot to set up a 3rd time for them to send out an installer to finish the dishwasher installation and fixed the crooked microwave. I also had to order and pay for the 18 inch mounting plate and clamp out of my own pocket as R.A.S so does not send out compenet people nor have the proper parts and tools. Now I have to waste another Saturday for them to hopefully finish so this will be the 3rd attempt. Also the installer on February 11, 2023 broke my stool as he stood on it to install the microwave and left the pieces everywhere for me to clean up. R. A.S has to be one of the worst companies I ever witnessed and can't believe Home Depot uses them and hurting their reputation at the same time.

Dont use...if you have a choice!!
Because of a weather delay, RAS arrived a day late. Because of flooring being installed, I asked the delivery man if he could take the 3 boxes SEVEN feet to the entrance of the only room not getting new floors. Not only did he not do it (said it was because of COVID) but he wasn’t concerned enough about Covid to even wear his mask over his nose! To have a delivery person not wear a mask was uncomfortable and now I have 3 heavy boxes that the flooring guys may or may not move for me. I think I’d rather deal with a company who knows what customer service is and maybe tries just a little harder to help out a person on the receiving end of a delivery if these person was already inconvenienced by a day late delivery, (even though that delay can’t be

Friendly but Shoddy Workmanship - Use Another Company
On time and friendly, but then it went downhill from there. . . . Bought a refrig from Costco. Apparently R.A.S. uses subcontractors and that's what I got. After the boys rushed out I realized the refrig was very out of balance. Don't delivery men ask you to look quickly at the product anymore before you sign off on it? -- they did not. Picture a septuagenarian with two hip replacements lying on her kitchen floor trying to turn those little wheels for an hour. . . . The next morning I noticed a floor lamp in the entry area was tilted because a cabinet was shoved against it. I straightened that out and tried to turn the light on -- no go: in shoving the cabinet over they tore the electrical cord out of the wall, bending the prongs in the process. . . . send two big fourth graders the next time, they will do a much better job!

2/1/2020 Will and Jerry delivered my washer around 7am. I was greeted by Jerry with a friendly smile and he introduced himself and Will did the same. They were very professional and worked as a team! This way they were done quickly and efficiently! Thanks guys you're the best!

Brad and Jim came to deliver a refrigerator and washer and dryerThe refrigerator went quite smoothlyThe washer dryer did notLuckily Brad explained to us what the outcome would be if we had it installedHe taught us a few things about measuring for that appliance and explained everything and went above and beyond about the product we bought We ended up refusing the applicances (washer and dryer) and we reordered the set that was going to fit properly in our small space

RAS Delivery Service did an excellent job delivering our freezer Mike and Andrew were professional, courteous, and arrived at our home exactly when they said they would We live in the country and have had many large items delivered and RAS Delivery was the best one ever

Had a washing machine delivered from *** *** who used RAS deliveryIn very short order the delivery team scarred my door frame, broke the water pipe off inside the wall, and brought in the new washing machine with the front loaded on dolly, right over top of an enormous, bright yellow sticker that said "DO NOT DOLLY FROM THE FRONT." RAS was at least quick to tell us to get the damage fixed and we would be reimbursed, but we are currently waiting for the reimbursement check of $while our own money is tide up with it and Christmas is next weekHope we can afford to feed our guests a Christmas dinner

I purchased a gas range from Home Depot, Franklin, WI, in January RAS delivered the new stove at the appointed time, and the delivery men did an excellent jobThey were very conscientious about getting it in without causes the slightest damageThey also gave me a mini-tutorial on using the rangeThey were friendly, efficient and fastI give them stars

My delivery team was fantastic Both Damien and Gabe were very prompt, set up my washer/dryer very quickly, tested it and showed me how it worked and made sure that I was satisfied

Terrible service ! They were suppose to call before they came to home . They didn’t . My daughter was at work . She needed a timeline so she could ask for time off .when she arrived they were very rude . They would not remove and install new stove . Said the gas wasn’t off it was . They would not remove and install microwave . Said they couldn’t because of tile .there is zbrick and all they had to do is remove old microwave and replace with new ! They were totally lazy jerks !
