I purchased a washing machine from Home Depot in Racine,Wi. after ours burned up its 400$ motor. It was delivered as promised on Tues. (Oct.23). The gentlemen were very efficient, called 30 min ahead of scheduled time, and arrived exactly as promised and carried it downstairs using braces of course . fantastic service

I purchased a washing machine from Home Depot in Wilmington, NC following the hurricane. It was delivered as promised on Tues. (Oct.9). The gentlemen were very efficient, called 30 min ahead of scheduled time, and arrived exactly as promised. They brought in the machine and had it ready to do laundry when they walked out the door. Extremely pleased with their service.

RAS delivered pedestals for a washer and dryer puchased from [redacted], but their workers refused to install them even though the installation orders were explicitly called out on their work order. Had to get [redacted] to get another installer dispatched because RAS would not install.

While the delivery guys were here, I spoke via phone to their supervisor, who told me a bald-faced lie about needing parts from the washer/dryer box to do the install. The installation manual from the pedestals shows that is clearly untrue.

RAS provided professional & courteous service to us. they met the delivery window, made sure we were pleased with our products received and demonstrated great customer service.

I had 6 appliances delivered on April 2, 2016 during a snowstorm. My address was hard to find, so I met them at the local [redacted] and they followed me to my place. The two delivery guys were efficient and professional and cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased since this was a major job. Based on my experience, I would recommend this organization to others.

I ordered a refrigerator from Home Depot and RAS Delivery set up delivery for a Friday. I was their first stop. The 2 man team checked the lay of my home to make sure they could get the fridge in. They guaranteed me they could make it happen, and they did. They had to take the doors off, but they did the job. The two men were very careful of all the surroundings. They did no damage, cleaned up and even put my front door back on. I was extremely pleased with the friendliness, professionalism and treatment of my property.

The 2 men who delivered my dryer were very pleasant and careful.

RAS delivery moved in all my appliances to my new home with pretty narrow walls. They were fast, friendly and even helped me remove the old appliances. I would reccomend them to anyone as they were the best delivery service I've used. I was amazed how quickly they were able to pop off my doors, remove the banister and clear obstructions. They got everything installed and then reattached all the banisters, doors and other stuff. It took them about 40 minutes. Great job!

This is absolutely the best delivery service I have ever experienced. The two gentlemen that arrived with my new appliances were knowledgeable, careful and very friendly. They called me and asked if they could arrive a little earlier than planned which worked out perfectly for us. They set everything up without any damage, explained how the new appliances worked, told us who to contact if there were problems, and cleaned up all of the boxes that everything came in. I would definitely use this company again. A+ for this company.

I found their service recently in delivering and installing a dishwasher for me to be timely, professional, and courteous.

DELIVERY TEAM DID A FINE JOB, BOTH WITH PRE-DELIVERY NOTIFICATION AND 30 MINUTE ADVISORY PRIOR TO ACTUAL ON-SITE ARRIVAL ON DELIVERY DAY. APPLIANCE WAS PLACED IN OUR HOME EXACTLY AS PLANNED, AND THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS QUICK AND EFFICIENT.

RAS Delivery Service did an excellent job delivering our freezer. Mike and Andrew were professional, courteous, and arrived at our home exactly when they said they would. We live in the country and have had many large items delivered and RAS Delivery was the best one ever.

Brad and Jim came to deliver a refrigerator and washer and dryer. The refrigerator went quite smoothly. The washer dryer did not. Luckily Brad explained to us what the outcome would be if we had it installed. He taught us a few things about measuring for that appliance and explained everything and went above and beyond about the product we bought. We ended up refusing the applicances (washer and dryer) and we reordered the set that was going to fit properly in our small space.

The delivery guys called in time for me to get there from work, they showed when they said they would, they got everything installed very quickly, w/o any damage to walls, etc. and were friendly and helpful. No problems or complaints at all.

I ordered several appliances from Home Depot the end of November. I was delivered the wrong range on December 17. Almost 2 weeks later they finally delivered the right stove despite a 48 hour correction policy.
I was delivered a black range instead of a stainless steel range on December 17. I did not open box until the next morning to find the mistake. I called the delivery company and let them know of the mistake. The lady I spoke to was curt and to the point that I needed to get them a serial number and they would then schedule a delivery time, not before. She also stated that the earliest day to switch the range was Wednesday, December 23.
As I was already near the Home Depot store, I stopped by and talked with Judy at the store. She was very helpful and called the delivery company and reminded them that they have a 48 hour policy to re-deliver when they have made a mistake. They told her I needed to get the serial number and see what they could do. I called Judy back around 2 p.m. that day. She asked if she could call me back. She did about an hour later but I missed the call. I called about 5 p.m. but she was gone and I left the information with Robert and he said he would give her the information in the morning.
Judy called Saturday morning and said the best she could do was Monday, December 21. I was satisfied with that.
Monday morning I received a call from Chris at the delivery company and he verified the information and said he would call me back to schedule a time. He never called back.
I received a call from a delivery driver on Wednesday, December 23 that they were a half hour away from the house. I told him I was not there and they needed to reschedule for Monday, December 28 because of Christmas.
I have received no other calls from the delivery company to this point.
I spoke with Robert again on December 28 and he said Judy is on Vacation. He called the delivery company and said they may be able to switch the range on Thursday, December 31 but would not know until the next day.
Very poor communication with customers.

I just wanted to compliment you on the great friendly service, from both of the gentlemen who delivered my washer. Being in the trucking industry for over 35 years myself, I know how hard their job is, and how difficult it can be to deal with customers. They were both very easy to deal with, and they answered all my questions and concern easily.

We have lived in this older home for over 30 years and NEVER had any problems with gas dryer installations. The installers damaged the copper tube that delivers the gas to the dryer. This was even stated by the gas company. The utility company had to shut off my gas which was on a snowy Saturday night. I had to pay a plumber 3769.00 plus a additional 200.00 so I not only bought a washer and dryer for 1200.00. I had to miss a day of work. The dryer still leaked gas and had to be shut off again. The plumber said the installer also had damaged the dryer as well. RAS sat up a window of 3pm to 7pm then called early at 1:09 pm. The company came by left a tag hanging on the front door “Sorry we missed you”. My daughter who doesn’t drive was there all day no one knocked on the side door. There is a sign that says “Please use side door”. They had also delivered it through the side door. The dryer also had a dent in the side. I called back minutes after they had called so left a message I would be there. I then called and told them if they didn’t deliver it today I didn’t want it. Was told by them they would be bringing it. I also called Home Depot who said yes they would deliver. RAS called back and said they couldn’t deliver until Saturday and would at my convenience I told them I had been patient long enough I didn’t want it to return and pick up the damaged one. Went out to Home Depot paid off the washer and destroyed the card. Called RAS to see when they would be picking up the damaged one I was told I couldn’t set the date or time for pick up. Cheryl from RAS said that they could come by Tuesday which would be the 27th of March. This company has caused so much stress and additional cash as I was talking to my daughter I told her I would be so glad to be done with this f______ company and Chery said goodbye without setting up a window. The issue has been going on since March the 10th 2018. Still not rectified.
