I'm happy to have Steve Brown for my service technician. This is my second year with him and he is always very friendly and courteous. I like how enthusiastic he always is about his job and how well he explains things. I appreciate how he takes his time answering questions. I can always count on Steve to do a great job. Thank you Steve for your hard work. I would also like to say how courteous other staff members are. When ever I call the company, the employees are always very helpful and very reliable.

Excellent service and follow through. The employees listen and communicate well. Technician explained in detail the repair required and suggested options to ensure proper AC performance and prevent additional repairs in the future (replace one verses two parts, as a second part was on it's last legs).

Paul was the person to give me a quote on the job to be done. He thoroughly inspected the site and discussed the options with me. No high pressure to do more than necessary. In fact he told me the compressor we had was actually bigger than we needed and more was a waste. I wasn't there when the crew came and put it all in, but my wife was and said everybody was very professional and courteous. I recommend them.

We have had Ray Cook for over 10 years and they do excellent work. The team members are friendly and give guide lines for things to do with the heater and air conditioner. THEY ARE TOP NOTCH!!

During this July 2016 Sacramento area heat wave, our 6-year old air conditioning unit wasn't working properly. We called the company that had originally installed our AC, but they never returned our call. On the recommendation of my brother, we then called Ray O. Cook Heating and Air. Unbelievably, they were able to come to our rescue the very next day! The service technician, Nick S., was a very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional young man. He was able to diagnose and remedy the problem. He took the time to answer our questions and explain his repair. We would highly recommend Ray O. Cook Heating and Air! We will use them for our future heat and air maintenance and service needs.

Big shout out for Mike T[redacted]. He spent time explaining simple maintenance that I could do that will extend the life of my HVAC system. He was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the problem and then went a step above and performed some maintenance on the unit. The AC unit is working great, thanks to Mike.
