Ray O. Cook Heating & Air

Today Mike T[redacted] inspected my air conditioning system. He was on time, very polite and very informative. He took the time to not only inspect but also show me certain things he found during the inspection. He was very knowledgeable and also efficient. He definitely put basic things in perspective that impressed me and will extend the life of the system I purchased from Ray O Cook back in 2008.
I also wanted to mention, he had this ladder called a "Little Giant" that I plan to purchase because my intake where I replace one of my filters is in the stairwell and this ladder looks to be the safest tool to help me change it out.
He has been one of if not the most impressionable and seemingly the best service person from Ray O Cook that I have met.

Excellent service and follow through. The employees listen and communicate well. Technician explained in detail the repair required and suggested options to ensure proper AC performance and prevent additional repairs in the future (replace one verses two parts, as a second part was on it's last legs).

The service supervisor followed up with me, exemplifying due diligence, to discuss my satisfaction after the service.

The company's goal is genuine customer satisfaction, which I greatly appreciated as it's uncommon these days to find a company that truly puts customers first. I highly recommend this company for fair, honest, caring, professional service.

Paul was the person to give me a quote on the job to be done. He thoroughly inspected the site and discussed the options with me. No high pressure to do more than necessary. In fact he told me the compressor we had was actually bigger than we needed and more was a waste. I wasn't there when the crew came and put it all in, but my wife was and said everybody was very professional and courteous. I recommend them.

During this July 2016 Sacramento area heat wave, our 6-year old air conditioning unit wasn't working properly. We called the company that had originally installed our AC, but they never returned our call. On the recommendation of my brother, we then called Ray O. Cook Heating and Air. Unbelievably, they were able to come to our rescue the very next day! The service technician, Nick S., was a very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional young man. He was able to diagnose and remedy the problem. He took the time to answer our questions and explain his repair. We would highly recommend Ray O. Cook Heating and Air! We will use them for our future heat and air maintenance and service needs.

Professional and quick response to our inquiry. Steve B. was pleasant to work with and answered all our questions and concerns along with getting our AC online and cooling the house.

This is the first time I have used Ray O. Cook and had the privilege to have Steve B[redacted] as my tech for the day. He was very kind, courteous and he had full knowledge of the workings of a A/C. He didn't try to push me into buying anything I don't need and I really appreciated that. Unfortunately, I'm not in a position to take on the maintenance of my A/C right now but should the time come, he's the one I will be asking for. What a gentleman!!
