All along no one knew where my package was located. No one could give me any answers until about a day before I actually received my package. I shouldn't have to go through so much trouble just to try to locate my package. I will not be doing business with them again.

Why has it taken over calls and nearly a month? Your staff again your staff made the mistake and refunded the wrong accountTell me how this is my fault? What does someone else's order have to do with mine? Where is your proof that UPS actually delivered? was it the correct address? Where is proof of signature? I have been given conflicting and incorrect information with no resolutionI have spoken with manager after manager This manger has not done anything different except repeat the same thing as othersThis matter should have been resolved by someone who knows how to handle customer issues such as a GM or VPI will never order from your company again and will encourage others as wellDon't even think about replacing refund immediatelyI now question is worth your reputation?
