On June 7, Rebath began a remodel on our bathroom They "completed" the project July In the second week of the project, the week of June 12, while the Rebath employee was working, debris from the project fell through our ceiling and into the kitchen There is a hole in our kitchen from this debris I cleaned the debris and told the employee about the hole he had accidentally made He said he would have to get with his boss to see about what to do In the meantime, on June 23, REbath called my wife and asked for the final payment She had not been staying at the house during the remodel and was not aware the project was not anywhere near being finished She paid them the final payment of over $ Per the contract, the final payment was to be made at completion of the project When I realized they were trying to contact us for payment, I called her and said not to pay them because the project was still weeks from being completed, but she had already paid After she

Hello,We finished this job on Wednesday, 9/16/ I have attached the customer's final approval paperwork and photos They paid their balance, the project is finished, and all that is left is for them to enjoy their bathroom for years to come!Thank you,Elena M***

We signed a contract on May 5, for bath remodels and a kitchen remodel They completed the kitchen (but there are issues that they need to fix) but have not completed the bath remodels Their installers have damaged of the shower stall in the master by putting his tools in it when he left each day without anything covering the shower base When they first installed the shower, they put on the wrong shower door and I asked them to just take it back off until the correct was ordered so that the silicone caulking would not damage the shower base but the Operation Manager said that would not be an issue that the silicone would come right off When the correct shower door came and the installer came to remove the first door, he could not get the silicone off and tried to scrape it off with a razor that just scratched it and left the edge sticky from the silicone that he could not get off The the Operations Manager said that they would not replace it, hence the shower door has

This company completed a bathtub-to-shower conversion for me I was informed by the workers that the permanent section of glass is held in place only by glue....along the wall and along the bottom of it I became concerned when I noticed a large section along the wall where no glue is present I requested the company come out to assure the installation meets their standards for safety, and does not present a hazard to anyone using the shower or the possibility of doing damage to the bathroom I sent an email to *** *** on 09/27/16, describing my concern and requesting someone come out I attached two pictures, showing the area of my concern I sent a follemail to him on 10/18/ He replied that he no longer worked for the company, and referred me to *** I sent her an email on 10/19/16, describing my concern and request as well as pictures I also forwarded the emails between *** and I with that email On 10/26/I sent a follemail to *** I did not re

Project completed, finallyContract signed 10/28/and finished 2/22/Shower rebuilt- more than I could afford to have them do entire bathroomAlso installed new vent/light which required new switches and ceiling workVery pleased with resultsIf you have this kind of work done, be sure you understand the proposed design dimensionsThis was the one area RE-BATH should improveA better representation of their proposal should be given prior to signing the contract, particularly the sizes of openings (doors) and limits of partitionsAlthough they do take care to not disturb areas of the home/room they are not working on, remodeling is dirtyRemove as much as you can from the room where construction is to take place and be ready to clean after the project is completeYes, I would recommend them

These folks use the old bait and switch tactics They tell you one thing and do anotherVery unreliableThey will tell you what you want to hear then not do itI would not recommend them in any capacity

We signed a contract with ReBath for a master bath room remodeling project on 10/17/I believe they consider the work complete as of 4/10/(although I am still waiting on a confirmation)The project was a nightmareI could write a whole book about the problems with this company, but I will focus only on the highlightsSales pitch
It turned out that several statements made by the sales person (Ernie) were incorrectHe promised a start date in early DecemberWe talked with him in length about our timing issuesWhen we did not hear from ReBath after Thanksgiving we contacted Ernie and he had no idea what the status of the project wasHe called back a few days later and said that material was missingTurned out that was not trueThe operations manager (Ritchy) told us that he had no installer availableErnie sold us brushed nickel faucetsIt turns out they don't exist (stainless steel comes closest)Ernie talked about an installation crew and installersIt turned out the crew was a one man showErnie told us that the wall material is "engineered stone" (similar to Silestone which we have in our kitchen)It turned out that it is a polymer material that is not even close to engineered stoneProject execution
After Ritchy found an installer the work (with the exception of the glass enclosure for the shower) was completed within days on 12/16/Unfortunately the quality of work was not greatOne sink was leaking, caulking was missing, the window sills were crookedSome of that was fixed on 12/19/The window sills were replaced in February (it took the installer two days)While they had several weeks to order the material for the window sills the material was not available on 2/13/Glass enclosure
The glass work was an absolute disasterThe guy who took the first measurement was totally incompetent (first day on the job)Another guy came a week later or so to repeat the measurementsThe glass was installed on 12/30/The glass was not parallel to the shower base and the pony wallThe door was not levelThe guide rails had sharp edges and did not fit togetherI immediately complained about the poor quality of work and sent pictures to ReBathRitchy and another ReBath person (Don) came to our house on 1/13/to look at the work (that was the first time that a ReBath supervisor actually looked at the work)They agreed that the shower glass and the window sills needed to be redoneA glass guy came on 1/18/He had no tape measure, no paper and no idea what he was supposed to doHe ended up measuring the shower glassOn 2/13/the glass guy came back to remove the glassThe same day another installer came to redo the pony wallOn 2/17/I was informed by the installer fixing the window sills that the new glass was not manufactured correctlyI got a new glass installation date of 3/9/It turned out that the glass was again not correct (I was never able to find out whether they measured incorrectly or the glass was manufactured incorrectly)In a rush action the glass was manufactured the same day and installed on 3/9/with some additional work to be done on 3/10/The installation was much better than the one done in December, but there was a gap between the door sweep and the shower baseThe glass people gave me all kinds of weird reasons why the gap was needed (including the statement that it is an OSHA requirement)I informed Ritchy about the gapI did not hear from him until 3/21/when he inquired about any concerns (That was after I contacted the ReBath Corporate office in Mesa, AZ)He sent his glass people back to address the gap issueTheir solution was to glue a piece of plastic on the shower baseI told Ritchy immediately that I don't consider this an acceptable solutionSo Ritchy came to our house on 4/10/to look at the shower doorHe ripped out the piece of plastic and told us that his glass guy would come back the same day and install some shims in the door sweep to extend itThat work was done and I emailed Ritchy and asked him whether he considers the project completeNo answer as of todayThere is still a 1/inch gap between the door sweep and the shower baseSupervision
While I like employee empowerment ReBath went too farThe company basically does not provide any supervision of their installersWe did not see once a supervisor checking on the installerI can only hope that what is not visible now was installed correctlyManagement
I emailed the owner of the franchise (Elena ***) several times during the course of the project and raised my concernsAll I got was a "thank you for your email"I never received an apology for the ongoing issues that prevented us from using our shower for several weeks and the time we had to be at home when the installers and especially the glass people came back to fix problems or to measureWhile they did some clean up we always had to clean up after themIt was a totally disappointing experienceInsult to injury
After we experienced all these problems and before the shower glass issue was addressed ReBath sent us a letter asking us to recommend them to our friends in exchange for a $checkWe want to keep our friendsI have at least emails going back and forth to address project issues for a rather simple projectI have never experienced such a poorly executed projectI cannot recommend this company

We absolutely did come out and we did repair all of the damage caused by the water leaking due to a faulty O-Ring in their tub spout We came to the house on *** to begin the repairs We removed all of the damaged sheetrock and we showed the homeowner all of the damage that we were
replacing When water leaks into a ceiling, the insulation becomes wet We removed the spot of the original damage, and then piece by piece removed all of the sheetrock that had wet insulation above it, until no more damage was found Our Master Plumber was on site and physically showed the homeowners exactly what we were replacing, and they agreed We spent two entire days replacing sheetrock, repairing the holes, and painting the ceiling of the garage The homeowners signed off on the work at completion on ***, which I have attached We were all in agreement that all of the damage was repaired and complete
A week later, the homeowner called us back to say the other side of the garage is where the original leak was coming from, and that we now have to come back out to fix the other side This is impossible; the bathroom is not located anywhere near this side of the garage Water does not hop over an entire dry portion of a ceiling to cause damage to the other side There is insulation, and the insulation would have been wet all the way over to the other side of the garage We would have already replaced it all if that was the case We would not dedicate two days to making a repair if we were not repairing the entire area of damage Our questions to the homeonwer are, why didn't they point any of this out when we were there? Why did they let us repair the sheetrock and paint, if there was still additional damage that they thought we were responsible for? and Why did they sign off on the work and then call us back a week later? None of this makes any sense to us, and we tried explaining it to them We 100% stand behind our Lifetime Warranty, but it is our position that we have already repaired all of the damage, and that any damage they are now referring to was not caused by ReBath

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
Again, you have failed to address the key fault of REBATH: it is your sales person fault that is why our shower is a mess (incorrect base and installation of a shelf that we DID NOT consent to) plus it is NOT COMPLETEthere is no shower door!!!!! As well, as being dishonest about communication and the fact that you made an unauthorized charge on our credit card when a shower is incorrectly installed and well as NO DOOR!!! REBATH MUST take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for installing a shelf that again WE DID NOT AGREE/CONSENT TOO and is clearly NOT on our contract The shelf was installed WITHOUT our agreement/consent!! You clearly are trying to ignore this very FACT!!! Your employee failed to communicate and lead us to agree to an INCORRECT base size That is a REBATH's fault!! All that facts have been presented How can you again be dishonest and say that the shower is complete when there is NO DOOR plus incorrect base and a shelf that we did NOT consent for!! Again, the SHELF IS NOT ON MY CONTRACT!!! Your people TAMPERED with the copy and drew it in WITHOUT the customer's consent!!! AGAIN, the shower is a MESS because your sales person led us to the INCORRECT BASE because he PURPOSEFULLY FAILED to communicate about a shelf Where is your proof that the shelf was consented by us??? There is none because it was NEVER CONSENTEDinstead your people TAMPERED with the original contract because they knew that they had MISLEAD the customer is agreeing to the INCORRECT base size and now trying to cover their mess To state that the customer is asking for "free" service is INSULTING when IT IS REBATH's FAULTFurthermore, you're wanting the customer to pay extra to FIX the MESS that your sales person created plus trying to steal money by sneaking behind the customer's back and made an unauthorized charge on the customer's credit card when the shower is not complete is ABSOLUTELY WRONG and DISHONEST of a REBATH.
Regards,

On or about in December we contacted Re-Bath of Houston to do
a bathroom remodelEverything was setup and we were contacted about month
later once all the materials arrivedThey sent out a contractor who went
proceeded to demo the old bathroom and tubThen a journeyman plumber ***
arrived the next day, or so I thought** informed me that in order to make the
shower work, he would have to re-locate the p-trapSo out came the jackhammer
He proceeded to cut “TWO” of my “post-tensioned” cables in my foundationHe
“thought” they were rebarI asked him how he could have thought that with the
“blue” sheath the cables were located inHe went on to tell me that he was
instructed to cut they by *** and that he had even sent *** photos
Little did I know that was **’s last day, he had put notice in the leave the
company weeks bef*I called and talked to *** and he did not believe they
were post-tensioned cablesHe then came out to our house with *** ***

I signed an agreement with Rebath to do bathtub remodels They have only done one and is still isn't correct They have caused additional damage to my home and I still don't have a functional tub/shower after over a weekThey have proceeded to bill my financing for both jobs after already receiving a cash deposit from meI am still waiting for the first bathroom to be repaired properly and have them start the secondI have missed days of work because of this and my husband has missed They just keep sending someone out to look at it and each time the situation worsens

Signed a contract July 3,for a tub to walk in shower conversionI agreed on price and paid $for depositI have called several times for a start and finish date and get the same answer "should be soon waiting on materials"When someone says they will call with a update they never doAfter more then ten weeks I believe this Business is not customer friendlyI still have no idea when this project will take place. Not happy about paying the deposit and being left in the darkMy next step is to contact consumer affairs

Too bad the bathroom remodel I had been looking forward to at first has turned into a completely frustrating mess I was told it would take to days to redo my bath and shower weeks later it is still not finished Misordered materials, slow deliveries, and damaged goods all made this the biggest and most costly experience of my life I wish I 'd never contracted with ReBath

I entered into a contract with Rebath of Houston on 7/5/to perform a remodel of a bathroom At the time of signing the contract, Steve *** said it would be 8-weeks before work would be performed I told him that I would need 3-weeks lead time for scheduling a time for work to be performed After weeks, the week of Sept 5th I called Rebath to check on scheduling I was able to talk to a project mgr and he wanted to schedule for the week of Sept 25th and I stated that since my schedule was not open that week we push it back a week to October 2nd Again I stated to them that this time would have to be set in stone since I schedule my time 3-weeks out He assured me that it would work for them On Friday Sept 29th, I received a call from Rebath wanting to reschedule I told them that I could not since my schedule would not allow it and I had already taken the week off to be at home during the remodel I asked Richie if there was any way that they could move there sc
