I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
AGAIN, REBATH DID NOT CLEARLY COMMUNICATE TO THE CUSTOMER AND CREATED A SHOWER THAT WE DID NOT APPROVE/CONSENT TO BECAUSE AGAIN!!  IT IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE THAT WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THE WHAT IS CLEARLY THE FAULT OF REBATH. THE CONTRACT WAS CLEARLY TAMPERED... WE WERE LEFT UNAWARE THAT A SHELF WAS NEED BECAUSE OF THE BASE SIZE SUGGESTED BY THE SALES PERSON BECAUSE HE FAILED TO COMMUNICATE THAT TO US.  ALL EVIDENCE, PROOF AND FACT HAS BEEN LAYED OUT IN THIS COMPLAINT. REBATH CONTINUES TO IGNORE THESE FACT BECAUSE THEY ARE AT FAULT. WE ARE NOT ASKING FOR FREE SERVICE... WE ARE ASKING REBATH TO FIX THE INCORRECT SHOWER WHAT THEY CREATED... A SHOWER WITH THE WRONG BASE AND A SHELF THAT IS NOT ON THE CONTRACT.  THE BASE SIZE IS WRONG BECAUSE OF REBATH DISHONEST SALES PERSON... AGAIN PROOF THAT HE TAMPERED WITH THE CONTRACT AND HAD IT INSTALLED WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER'S CONSENT BECAUSE HE NEW THAT HE HAD THE CUSTOMER ORDER THE WRONG BASE SIZE!!!WE REFUSE TO PAY FOR REBATH'S DISHONEST BUSINESS!!!  WE ARE 200% DISSATISFIED WITH THE SHOWER.  REBATH MUST TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICE AND COMPLETE WITH THE CORRECT BASE SIZE AND REMOVE THE SHLEF AT THEIR EXPENSE.  AGAIN TO IGNORE THE FACTS ONLY FURTHER DEMONSTRATE HOW DISHONEST REBATH IS.FAULT OF REBATH:#1. MISLEADING CUSTOMER TO AGREE TO AN INCORRECT BASE SIZE THEN,#2. FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMER REGARDING THE IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE BASE SIZE SELECTED.#3. TAMPERING WITH A COMPLETE CONTRACT TO COVER DISHONEST IN #1 & #2 THEN,#4.  INSTALLING THE SHELF WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER'S CONSENT#5. FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE AND RECIEVE ANY CONSENT FROM THE CUSTOMER BEFORE CHARGING THEIR CREDIT CARD.

As of 11-27-17 their remodel has been completed and they are satisfied with their new bathroom.   After the completion of their remodel, I contacted the customer to confirm that they are 100% satisfied with the craftsmanship provided by the ReBath technician, and also to answer any questions they may have.  The customer said they were very pleased with the work performed, (he mentioned) although they accepted the tub spout, but hindsight being 20/20 they would have preferred a different style. And second; the wished they had initially ordered a handheld shower sprayer. As a gesture of goodwill and sincere appreciation for their patience during this transition, we agreed to replace the tub spout and install a new handheld shower head, at our expense. Again, I thanked them for allowing corporate office an opportunity fulfill the contractual agreement promised by ReBath of HoustonThank you,Lisa [redacted]
