Customer's products have been cancelled and full refund has been issued.

I am rejecting this response because:The only way they would let me out is with a buyout. There was no value with the product to begin with. Either way I was backed into the corner and there is no admission of guilt on their part. There are complaints by other agents in various places on the internet that similar stories and worse. It is clear to me that there will be no true resolution which is for them to refund all the money. I have made up my mind about this company and it's affiliates.I am not interested in continuing this dialogue with this company because it is going nowhere.I do thank the Revdex.com of Chicago and N Illinois for helping me.

I am rejecting this response because:A lady (I forgot her name) from Relator.com did call me at...

11:52am while I was on the way to the dentist.  I told her I appreciate their reaching out, explaind I was about to be at the dentist and I want to give this matter my full attention and asked her to call me back in 2 hours, to which she agreed.  It's currently 4:19pm and nobody from Realtor.com has called.  Hopefully someone will call back tomorrow and we can put this matter to rest.

Spoke to customer and agreed to cancel.

Spoke w/ [redacted] walked her through a search on realtor.com, explained how to find contact information for listings in her area; confirmed she understood that realtor.com did not take her deposit or application.

Spoke with customer on 1/31 and offered  6 mo. opt out with lead review or early buyout option. Emailed customer with offer as requested. Emailed again 2/12 and have not yet received a response. We are happy to continue working with the customer.

Spoke with customer, offered refund to which the customer accepted. Resolved.
