Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Sincerely,

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: If this is such a wonderful product, there shouldn't be the need for a "contract" that they implied I agreed to. I should not have had to pay a buy out fee if it is such a great product either. They deceived me into thinking that only I and one other person would be receiving leads from the zipcode which turned out to be untrue. I would like a full refund of money they demanded from me which is the payment for the end of September and the buy out fee. (109.00 + 165.00)
Sincerely,

I am...

rejecting this response because: realtor.com refuses to let me out of a contract that I never signed. And is trying to charge me over $2,000.00 for services that they have not provided. I have spoken with multiple people and they are unwilling to allow me to end the services without paying them. They have in no way held up their end of the agreement, and rather than simply allowing me to discontinue services they are trying to take even more money from me.
Sincerely,
Mason [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The representative sent an e-mail that was supposed to have been sent to me after I signed up, but for whatever reason I never...

received it. I never understood it to be a contract and was fully convinced that if it wasn't working out for me I could stop it. I vaguely remember something being said about a term, but never was under the impression that I would have this much trouble stopping the service. They did not accept any responsibility for the misleading statements. The representative justified the misleading statements of the company's option to offer leads to more than just the two people (me and one other person) I was led to believe from the sales rep that called me. The rep that called to settle with me justified this by stating that only giving me and one other agent all the leads would create a monopoly. This was an incorrect application of the term. That would not create a monopoly and if this product was such a great product they wouldn't need a contract because no one would quit using it.While I was using this program for about 1 1/2 months I received 2 "leads". Neither of these were legitimate leads.I had to pay a buyout of $165. I feel that having to pay further for something I had already paid two months of in order to receive nothing was too much. For all of the distress caused to me by being placed on hold for extended periods of time and being talked down to I will no longer participate in anything the company has to offer. They lost any credibility they had with me.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
