Revdex.com:
I was contacted by Realtor.com after they received the Revdex.com complaint and after reiterating my reasons for wanting to opt of their lead generation program we were finally able to...
agree to a 3 month refund which I want to state herein as $768.00 ( $256 per month) that is what I agreed to. As their response was brief and didn't have a amount attached to the time period. With that said I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: She said she cannot credit my December payment because I already put it into dispute with my [redacted], I am sure this is NOT the case! I want a...
credit for both months.. I should not even pay for the 1st month after being lied to and the terrible leads they sent me were old, and for homes in an area I do not work.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Issue may not be resolved, looking good but time will tell. I asked Realtor.com (Move) to close my accounts and to not charge me anymore. Rather than doing so, they want to give me a credit of $325.50, leave my account open and conduct another review on January 3rd and finally closing my account on January 19th. Although this is not what I asked for, it's a reasonable compromise, IF they actually follow through on the credit, account review and finally close the account on January 19th. This matter is pending Realtor.com following through. If they do, then we can close this matter after the account is confirmed closed on January 19th.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
Spoke with customer 11/6 and will apply partial credit to account. Will continue to work with customer throughout contract term.
