Review: Signed contract and paid in full $17,064 on 3/**/13 for our 6/**/2014 wedding. On May *, we find out [redacted], has alleged bankruptcy and shutdown the venue, and is unreachable. Our wedding is not happening and we have not received any word from [redacted] or our money back.Desired Settlement: We want our $17,064 back.

Review: On 4/**/14 I signed a contract for a complete wedding package with ReBar. The wedding was to be held on 8/*/2015. I paid in full by credit card in the amount of $17,339.24. On 5/*/14, I discovered that [redacted] of ReBar had closed his establishment, citing bankruptcy, and had disappeared. He did not respond to my calls or emails. He has since been jailed for tax evasion and is serving a sentence in prison. My money has not been returned to me, and I have to somehow find and pay for another wedding venue.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the amount I paid returned to me.

Review: We dealt directly with [redacted] at reBar to book our wedding. He took a deposit of $8500 then closed the business several weeks after. We want our money back.Desired Settlement: We want our money back.

Review: I was scheduled for a wedding at reBar for March **, 2015. I have given a depoist of $8000 on October **, 2013. Two weeks ago, [redacted] abruptly shut down his business with no way to reach him. We now have to make other plans for our wedding and have lost our deposit.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my deposit as services will not be rendered to me due to the closing of the venue.

Review: [redacted] of reBar, [redacted], has stolen the deposit placed on our wedding to rent the venue and vanished. He will not return calls or e-mails. I as well as many others are in a similar situation. I would like to receive my money back. Currently, he has made of with just above $25,000 of my money. I would like assisted action as the police will not consider the act criminal.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the stolen money.
