I'm not sure what I have to do,  I made a complaint once on...

the company and you guys must have contacted them so they sent me a check.  I cashed the check and a week later my bank called me and said the check was returned due to insufficient funds on GUZU's end and charged me $15 return check fee.  What do I have to do to get this taken care of?  It's been going on for over two months now.  Please help me. They owe me $420 for the iPhone 6 and I would like them to have to pay the $15 for the return check fee.

They sent me another check which was $212.00 , but it also got bounced because of NSF.  I want to request a money order of $224.00 to me instead, in which the additional 12.00 was because of the fee my bank charges.

A Guzu Customer Service...

Representative (Lindsey Y[redacted]; phone #: [redacted]) sent me an email stating:" I [redacted] [redacted]."It is now Friday August ** at 5:25pm EST and I have yet to receive an email from Ms. Young. The complaint is not resolved because I have not received a check, and they've had my two iPhones for over a month.

2015 like Lindsey Y[redacted] of company Guzu emailed me and said. With apparently making contact to you as well saying same.Her phone number is ###-###-####.I feel as if I was told this via email to just abate me from handling it further with Revdex.com and sending Guzu emails explaining that it isn't proper conduct to treat clients/customers this way.Highly disappointed and would like payment with credit ASAP or phone back.Thank you![redacted]###-###-####?

This company has made no additional attempts to resolve the issues. A formal complaint has been made in the state of IL and NY against them for fraud.  I would strongly urge the Revdex.com to also take action for the number of repetitive cases of fraud and negligence.
