Early in the process they had requested details regarding my complaint; I've not heard from them since, however. They have my phone and have not made good on their offer. We have not received any funds from this company...phone was sent to them (we have proof it was signed for) almost months ago

I have been emailing Guzu.com since last MondayThey were mostly nonresponsive, but finally on Friday the customer service representative Amanda said I would get paid via *** my $I still have not received, and I have not received any responses to further emails I have also tried contacting the CEO Hesam M***Last week via *** he promised he would check on my order and I haven't heard back from him or anyone elseAttached are attempts at reimbursement. I received the rejected check from my bank, it was rejected for insufficient fundsI am concerned that the company does not have the funds to pay meIf they do not I would like my phone back with the original SIM card plus the $for the bounced check fee.

After many complaints through e-mail, twitter, the Revdex.com and other consumer complaint sites, I finally received what looked like an automated e-mail
from Guzu notifying me that my checks were being shippedI received this message on November ***, 2015, about two months since I had sent them my devicesIn the message, there is a notification that the check may take up to days to arriveIt has now been a month and I have not seen a check in the mailEven if I were to receive the checks, my confidence that the checks won't bounce is extremely low.It should be noted that within the past month I have still received automated mailers from Guzu offering deals and discountsI even received a special Black Friday promotionThis company is still seeking to scam customers into turning over their phonesI have never felt so cheated in my entire life
