We responded to consumers dispute on that was dated January 25, 2015 and received on January 26, 2015.  We provided him a signed validation signed by our client along with itemize statements on February 25, 2015.  Then we received a letter from consumer dated March 6, 2015, letter...

states "after receiving your response to my inquire about validity of debt" means he received our correspondence.  We then received a letter wanting to settle the balances. Letter stated "your response must be postmarked no later than 15 days from your receipt of this settlement offer or this offer will be withdrawn".  We did not response as we did not accept the offer.

I am rejecting this response because:  pIF does not reflect.  As a positive on my credit report    It is still reflecting as a negative collections.   I did my part and pay these three installment payments I was told they would be taken off my credit report when they were complete and they were not.   It does not take much for yawls company to go online and take these off my credit report and that's what I'm asking to be done.   Paid in full reflects the same as not paid it all on a credit report when it's under negative accounts

The consumer received our notice that was sent out on 6/29/16 that had all the information needed. We have called had not been able to talk to anyone.  I have spoken to our client and I will be forwarding an itemize statement to consumer. The address we have is the same address provided to...

us in this dispute.  Our client has not gone bankrupt, the only that has changed is the name.  The insurance that the patient had did not cover the services provided.

On 3-3-13 consumer called in wanted to know if on his credit was informed no he made a payment and a hold was placed on account to keep off credit  to give him time to clear the remaining balance  left msg on 4-21-15 was contacted and on May 22, 2015 was contacted promised to pay...

remaining balance to call him at 10AM. On 4-23-15 no answer left message and we called again on 4-28-15 we got a pick up and hang up at this point the hold was removed.  Reached on 5-5-15 he said will get with wife about payment and was advised on credit the hold was removed said will not pay and was advised we held for 60 days and kept arguing . The times that we spoke to the consumer he never stated it was not his account or requested validation. If he wants to pay the remaining balance it will update with credit bureau as a paid account.

The consumer needs to specify an account number or the amount of each account in question, in order for us to conduct and complete and investigation regarding consumer allegations.

I am rejecting this response because:No one from this business has called me since 2016. I have requested the information again 2 weeks ago and still have not received anything. I know the company went bankrupt and changed the corporation name and type back in 2016.

AFTER REVEIWING YOUR ACCOUNT AND IT HAS BEEN UPDATED TO BE DELETED.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: No proper validation was submitted with general...

account and ledger statement, assignment/agreement from original creditor to collect this alleged debt. Proper validation has been held by many courts, and this is not one. FTC Cass letter.I will take swift and immediate legal action as well as report to the Cfpb if this third party junk debt buyer does not remove any and all accounts of this alleged medical debt off my credit reports within 5 days, which is legally allowed when there is inaccuracies discovered on a consumer's report(s).

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The attached file shows what I was sent as an "itemized statement" which is only a sheet they made up not from the business in question. This so called statement has my current info on it not the information that would have been when these charges were made. I have also never lived at that address that is shown on the letter they sent, that is why I am asking for one from the [redacted] because that information on the letter they sent is not correct. I have contacted the [redacted] regarding this and they are going to be contacting me back regarding this issue too.

We have gone on [redacted] and deleted the account.  I have sent a letter out to you informing you of the deletion. Please allow at least 24-24 hour for this to update.

Consumer stated he was sent erroneous bills for an anesthesia group 3 or 4 times.  We cannot prove the debt unless he can provide us more information in order for us to validate the debt.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:There is no apology for the conduct of their employee.   If you listened to the recording you heard the rude way your employee spoke to me.  When I told him I would not provide personal information to identify myself he said 'well you should call your representative to get the laws changed'  why wouldn't I hang up on someone being so disrespectful?   Why would I disclose personal information to someone that won't provide any information for the call?

I am rejecting this response because: although you have a contract with your customer you do not have a written...

signed contract from me with my permission to report on my behalf to my credit report . Please provide my signature of authorization to allow you to submit to my credit report . Thank you
