I am rejecting this response because:  I got verbiage agreement that this was not going to credit, no one told me it was going to go on CBR the next week and also I said I had to investigate the charge since your company could not provide that information.   Please, I am  asking is that you send me the rest of the requested information but remove from credit reports to come to an agreement on the account.  You still have not been able to provide additional information or attempted to do so, just care about collecting the debt.
