Job interview
I contacted red river via email and got a response almost immediately. Helen was very professional and stayed in contact. I didn’t get the job but was very impressed with the professionalism of the company. Thanks and hope to get interview in the future.

The account balance has been adjusted to reflect a zero balance.

Notes on the account show the account has been cancelled, can is scheduled to be picked up and funds refunded.

A work order has been issued for the container retrieval which should occur within the week depending on cart delivery/collection volumes.  Customer Service Reps are cancelling the account and processing applicable refund..

I have confirmed via our local staff that the container has been picked up from the customer as requested by the customer.  As this was his desired settlement, I would consider this resolved and closed.Thank you.

The refund has been entered into our accounting software and will be processed in the order received.

as long as they follow through this time. Previous phone calls yielded the same response with no follow through.

In review of this account, it appears to have been cancelled and a work order issued to remove the container.

I never received the refund as stated by Red River. How do I proceed?Thank you, [redacted]

A refund request has been issued for this account.  The account was cancelled on 2/24 and a refund request was issued in early March.

Our local staff from this location is working on processing a refund to the customer per notes on her account on 12/23/2016.

I am rejecting this response because:  The trash bin was finally picked up on February 20 but I have not heard anything about a refund.  I cancelled back in January and no one has communicated regarding how long it will take to refund my prepayment for months that were cancelled or no services were received, or if I will even be refunded at all.  I feel a refund for the entire first quarter is warranted.

sitting, waiting to be picked up. Other home owners have had their trash picked up already yet others who have Red River are still not receiving services we have paid for and still run the risk of getting yet another letter from the Home Owner Association,  this time with a fee or legal action threatened. I am tired of being put off, it's been almost 2 weeks since I started trying to contact this business and I have yet to receive a response to actually address my issue.

Mr. [redacted] had multiple account so we’ve issued one refund in January from December and now we have one with a March date that is in process.

They anticipate to close that your street tomorrow 2/4/17 and then on Thursdays going forward.
