Good Morning...I have forwarded this issue to out site to resolve the mentioned issues.

I am rejecting this response because: this is the story I keep getting and nothing is resolved. Trash still not pickup up. Has been sitting there for 5 days and 6 nights. I live in a nice neighborhood and my trash is the only bin that's sits there all week. Sick of it.

We have instructed our staff to cancel the account per the customer's request and issue a refund for the payment made on the account.

We have passed along the customer's information to ensure that they are properly routed and serviced on a regular weekly basis.

This customer states we have damaged their large commercial container however we show them only being a residential customer with a small 96 gallon container.  We don’t pick up those large containers so we will not be replacing that.

According to our notes, we have not had any additional call in’s about missed trash from this customer.  My understanding from the local group is that people are being picked up regularly now and on their scheduled day.

I am rejecting this response because:I got a call on Friday (1/20) from Red River saying they had crews that were picking up in College Grove that day, but that they would also put me on the Saturday run just in case Friday didn't happen.  Friday and Saturday came and went.  NO ONE CAME!On Monday (1/23), I received this response via Revdex.com stating it would be Saturday or Monday for the pick up.  (I also called on Monday and complained again to the local office and they said they would tell the crew to pick it up that day.)  Monday came and went.  NO ONE CAME.  I called the local line again this morning.  Voicemail is full.  So I couldn't leave a message.  And of course no one picks up the phone.I called corporate and left another message there.  I also email them AGAIN...to the address they sent in this response.  It is not the first time I've emailed that address. They did not acknowledge my first email until AFTER I complained to the Revdex.com over a week later.I'm so fed up with these people. I have paid up through March.  I've never experienced such a poorly run business.

This ordeal drug out for over a month.  After countless calls and voicemails to both the local office and corporate, emails, and even this complaint to the Revdex.com I think they are back on track…I say that hesitantly as I have only had 1 week of service delivered on the right pick up day, since this ordeal.  But I do now have the number of someone higher in the chain of command who gets things done, and when I call him, things happen quickly.  So I’m hopeful that this is truly resolved.  Time will tell.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:
This is the second complaint that I have filed with the Revdex.com. It concerns basically the same thing. I cancelled my service with...

them on January 31, 2017. I have called the local office here at ###-###-#### several times during the last 34 months inquiring about my refund which they seem not to want to give me. I guess because I have reported them to you and to consumer affairs. They are keeping money that is not rightful theirs and I would like my refund. I called them at their home office number that I was given by the local office ###-###-#### and got a voice mail. I stated that I was giving them 1 week from today (4/20/17) to mail my refund or I would get an attorney of which I have a friend and also report them again to consumer affairs. I don't remember the complaint number that I had before but maybe it can be looked up.Regards,

In review of the account, the account has been cancelled, a work order has been issued to collect the container, and refund request has been generated.

As has been reported on our Facebook page, we have been experiencing some logistical issues related to our new route schedules. Our staff is fully aware of the service issues and they are working relentlessly to correct the service interruptions. Our call volume has also backed up our voicemail...

system which is being attend to regularly. We will be running miss routes all day on Saturday (1/21/17) and Monday (1/23/17) to collect from customers who have reported service misses/interruptions this week. To insure we receive your message, we ask that you email our customer service department at [redacted] so that your service address can be added to the miss routes on Saturday. I am rejecting this response because:They did not address the issue.  Either they start picking up the trash as they agreed to do or they give us a complete refund.  Apologizing doesn't make it so.  They have set it up where the customer can not contact them to let them know there is a problem. They are not even making an effort to work with their customers.

We apologize for the inconvenience during this transition.  Our local staff is working to correct all misses and complete the daily routes on the scheduled day of service.  The staff has added additional resources to the operation in order to rectify this issue.
