In the heat of the Phoenix summer my air conditioner stopped working. Red Wolf tried everything to get it working without me having to buy a new one. In the end I did purchase a new one and because of their good service I bought one from them. The installers had an extremely difficult job because of the small size of my attic and were working in temperatures of 115 degrees. They did a great job and were very caring and my house was left clean.

I found this company to be knowledgeable, as well as fare priced. There work was explained and done in a timely manner. I will definitely suggest this company to friends and family and if need be will work with them in the future. A job well done.

Our AC unit stopped working on a Saturday evening. Our home warranty company recommended Red Wolf Mechanical. Their website states they are available 24/7 and provide emergency service. It took two emails and two phone calls before we received a response from Red Wolf Mechanical. Their phone service indicates they are only open Monday-Friday. When the company did contact us, they indicated the earliest they could even look at our AC unit was Tuesday afternoon. With the day temperatures being over 100 degrees, waiting for three days is not reasonable or safe. The attitude of the company member who responded to us was not compassionate or reasonable. I would NOT recommend Red Wolf Mechanical for ANY service.

Red Wolf Mechanical was assigned a service call on my faulty A/C unit by my Home Warranty Company. I never would have picked this company if I had a choice in the matter. I live in the extreme East Valley of Phoenix and their office is listed as being at least 47 miles from my home. I opened the service call on a Saturday during an Extreme Heat Advisory warning week. According to the wording of my contract, Red Wolf had 2 business days to call me to schedule my service appointment which they used the full amount of to contact me. I finally received a call from them just before close of business on Tuesday (over 72 hours from my initial call to my home warranty company). The individual on the phone said they couldn't come out until 3-6pm on Thursday (a full 5 days from my initial call before even getting a tech out).

6pm on Thursday comes and goes without anyone from Red Wolf Mechanical showing up. I finally receive a phone call about 6:50pm and the tech tells me that they are running behind, but still plan on coming out. Well, that's great except I have a job and can't be there. The tech comes out while I'm gone, pumps some freon in the unit, calls me at work and says, "I put freon in, it should be blowing cold, your unit is dirty and needs cleaned and serviced." Apparently my contract with the warranty company doesn't cover cleaning and maintenance of a unit, even if that was what might be causing your unit to stop working. I have had 2 other calls in the past (from other companies, same home warranty) and they came out and did full diagnostics inside and out and also cleaned and maintained the unit in addition to fixing or replacing what was mechanically wrong with the unit.

I am more upset with the home warranty company than at this business...but even that being said, it is clear that this company has taken on way more than it can appropriately handle during peak of summer / AC repair season. No website in 2016? Seriously? Clearly this is a small ma & pop operation that may be great for off-peak AC calls or other routine HVAC work, their reviews are all positive on the sites I checked them on...but I wouldn't hire or recommend them if you're in the middle of summer when AC outages and Valley heat are at their peak.

The owners of Red Wolf Mechanical are a small Family run business that put customer service and the needs of the client first. They are truly professionals and know their trade.

James was very helpful with my AC issue. He and his wife explained things to me that was never explained by other AC companies I've used of what was happing and why. He took the time to double check things even though I was his last stop. They did a great job and I look forward to working with them again.

James was professional, dependable and courteous in diagnosing and repairing our AC problem. He came when he said he would. I highly recommend Red Wolf Mechanical.

Had problem with AC in June. Our Home Warranty company hired Red Wolf to fix it. They came in very reasonable time and fixed the issue.

We had some ongoing issues with one of our units...Freon, then a blown fuse and finally, a broken wire to the thermostat. James responded timely each time and resolved the issues . He was very concerned and thorough throughout the repair process. He worked late into the evening to fix our air conditioner.

Technician was very professional and courteous. Got right down to business and answered any questions I had. Also repaired my a/c unit quickly.

Owners of this company are great. They are easy to talk to, straight forward and their rates are great. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs service or repair on their AC. I just had them repair my AC unit and they were the cheapest quote I can find, they got me scheduled within a day and did an awesome job!

Red Wolf Mechanical company went above and beyond their duty to get my air condition working over the weekend. Mr. [redacted] was not due to come out and repair my air until Monday but they came out on Sunday to help in this 100 degree weather. That is what you want in a company someone that will go the extra mile to help. I have my elderly mom at home with me and we were very appreciating of [redacted] coming out to help us in this heat with my air before time, He got it up and running. Thanks we appreciate it

Let me tell you about absolutely the "best" Heating & Air Conditioning company in AZ. My air conditioning unit went out yesterday, on May 24th. I have family visiting and just knew no one would come to my rescue on Memorial Day or if they did it would be at a astronomical price. I was wrong, totally wrong. Not only did [redacted] (the owner) from Red Wolf Mechanical come out he repaired my unit in no time. He is smart, trustworthy and accomplished the task in just a few hours. I, like most of you probably don't trust most Heating & Air Conditioning companies, but believe me when I say call [redacted] you will not be disappointed. Trust me.

It's hard to find the right one that will provide the good, honest service and once you find one, you know you are a satisfied customer and you would want to do a repeat service with them in the future.... This is what I found with Red wolf mechanical. Mr [redacted] and his co owner wife came in twice to service my air conditioning and yes my expectations were highly met , they made sure that everything was done right and accordingly, they explain what needs to be done and they deliver the service effectively. I've used service from different technician before and I wasn't satisfied coz some lied and over charged me. They set a high standard for what they do and I'm so glad I found them..God bless you guys..
