My family and I were quite impressed with Red Wolf Mechanical. We had 3 other companies to the house, all unable to help us. When our 2nd a/c unit went down in the middle of June with 110+ temperatures outside, we were in desperate need of help.The house is hot and I have 4 children at home. Red Wolf Mechanical was very helpful from the 1st phone call. We were able to set up a date much earlier than we were able to find anywhere else. When they arrived at the house, they were very polite and after a brief overview of the situation, they jumped right to work. In a few hours, they had the downstairs a/c working and set up the upstairs to find the leak in the system. A couple days later they were back to finish the job. In a short while after arrival, our upstairs was up and running. I couldn't be happier with the work and the price. They were able to save me a lot, stress wise and financially. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
I recently had an issue with my A/C unit. I came home and my house was as hot inside as it was outside. Having an elderly parent to take care of, I immediately panicked. [redacted] was able to make it out to my house early the next day and got the job done quickly and had us cool before we knew it! [redacted] even touched back with us a week later to check back on the unit and ensure everything was running smoothly! I truly believe he went above and beyond in taking us and making sure we would have no further issues, I truly appreciated his efforts!
Red Wolf were dispatched by my warranty company after a previous vender failed to show for two appointments to repair my AC. Red Wolf made an exception and came way after normal business hours, working into the dark to fix my issue. This was great customer service. I would use this company again. Additionally, it appears to be family run: a firm handshake and a promise. I wish all businesses were conducted in this way.
