I am rejecting this response because: this has been going on for months, they do owe *** an inside ant service visit from months ago*** indicated to me just now that she had texted Jonathan saying that she would not take him upon the offerFurthermore, *** is a renter and does not decide for the condo building's account I doI still want to terminate and get the unused portion of the fees already paid to redi national back, starting from the time of this complain in JulyThis delay tactic from the merchant in an attempt to run out the pre paid amount on the account and not let me cancel does not work for me as a consumer Maybe this is the time that the Revdex.com steps up to help beyond relaying messages that are delay tactics and half truth

Although most of the information provided is including the text message sent to me declining my offer for a complementary interior service.With all things considered I do not feel a 100% refund is warranted but in the interest of resolving and closing this complaint I will agree to the followingRedi National will refund 50% of all services completed starting in July since there was exterior preventative treatment done and full refund of the remaining prepaid services. I am rejecting this response because: I was told that I would get a few months free. I have paid $1122 in the last 8 months & have had to call almost every month to say that the worker did not come when said. My crawl space door was fixed for only $30 by my Handyman & I do not want anyone to go under the house to remove traps as the screws will again be stripped. You can come & get your bait stations that have been empty for months.
