I wanted to let you know that the business I fold a complaint against, Redi National has refunded two months worth of service to my mothers estate bank account. They have not communicated with me in any form, but am satisfied with the refunds given.

I have had workers come out to my home and start the process of laying down the plastic in which I believe is finished, however we are still waiting on the vents to be covered with some sort of mesh as agreed upon in the initial contract.I understand that the weather at this time is poor in which brings the ground water up and is hard to work in, HOWEVER WHAT IS NOT SATISFACTORY IS THAT THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A 3 DAY JOB AS PER AGREED IN THE CONTRACT AND IT IS NOW 2 MONTHS LATER...THIS NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED BY THE END OF MARCH
