Have you seen start up business that provide such a great product, that when they go public, they are overwhelmed with orders that they absolutely cannot fulfill in their original promised time?! That is Redline Steel! I read a lot of the original reviews, the horrible reviews from when this company was very new. So many complaints, but no words of compassion, no words of understanding. I get it! You ordered something, you didn't get it when you were promised. It happens!

When I first heard about this company, it was through Facebook and they had sent a message that they basically had stopped taking orders for awhile...so they could catch up! They learned from their mistakes, they made everything right, and then started over. I have been ordering from them for over a year and have never had a problem with any of my orders and have always received a response to my emails within 48 hours. I love their products so much and they offer such great deals, that I have way more products than I need or could ever give away!! LOL

And Colin!! Who doesn't love Colin!! He is one of a kind! He loves his customers, he involves them in product decisions, he rewards them great discounts, free products and gift cards....knowing he is going to take a loss, but praying it will help boost business...and guess what? It does!!
