I ordered several of the "GOD is Good" wall hangings and gave them to family members - and kept one for myself. They gift was received with "where did you get that? I love it ! " every time I presented it to the recipient . The artwork is beautiful and of exceptional quality. I will revisit Redline Steel's website again and will proudly recommend them to friends and family

The canvas print was GREAT. My wife loved it. Could believe it only took a few days for a custom print with our sons names on it. This is about the 15th item I ordered from Redline Steel and every gift was great.

Never received product or refund
placed order on 12/7/18. Order# XXXXXX. $60.37. On 1/30/19 I sent an email to check the status of the order they didn't provide any information on when I would receive the product.
On 2/11/19 I sent an email to cancel the order. On 2/19/19 I received an email stating that they would refund the amount of the order. On 3/23/19 I sent an email to check on the refund with no response. On 4/14/19 I sent an email to check the status of my refund and received no response. On 5/7/19 another email was sent to check on the refund with no response. Redline Steel will no longer respond to any of my requests to get my money back.
I would like to get my money back for a product that was never received.
I do apologize for the delay of your order, and your refund. When requests are submitted to cancel and refund, it does take 8-10 business days to be reviewed and approved. Unfortunately, yours did somehow get skipped in the refunding process. I sent customer a email with REFUND information an copied it below. ORDER/ACCOUNT & complaint is not Closed on our end !
