I had my existing home built in 1997 and from the beginning there has always been an issue where the furthest rooms from the AC and Heating units that would be hot in summer and cold in winter. The builder attempted to solve this many times with no success so I had just given up. I recently decided to take advantage of the $99 energy audit to ensure that my house was still energy efficient and am so glad I did.

Eduardo came out and spent 2.5 hours going through the house and attic. When he was done he explained that while my house was still in great shape there were some things I could do to help my AC units more efficiently and make the house more comfortable by adding some additional insulation. They recently completed the work and I'm blown away that by making the changes he recommended the 2 rooms I always had problems with are now as comfortable as the rest of the house. If you are having issues with your AC units I would save yourself some time and just call Reeis!

We have reached out to our customer to get this issue resolved immediately, we will continue to reach out in order to resolve the matter.

Review: Reeis performed a home inspection on my house. Based upon their inspection, I contracted them to do work on the air conditioning/heating systems. They never completed the work despite many calls and emails following up. The few times they came they were either significantly late or came the days other than scheduled. Despite many calls and emails the work was never completed.Desired Settlement: I want a refund because the work was never completed and the company refused to share the data about the performance of their work.

REEIS completed the work per the contract on 1/26/15 - 2/19/15 per Mr. [redacted] schedule. The work was quality inspected and post tested. Mr. [redacted] received $800 in APS rebates REEIS processed. 10 months after construction and right before the holidays, Mr. [redacted] is asking for his money back. REEIS has attempted to contact Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] refuses to return our calls. This complaint is merely a attempt to extort money from a small business. There is nothing wrong with the workmanship or recommendations.

The information that Reeis provided is not correct. The unforeseen circumstances were due to the fact that they could not honor their appointments. Once they did not show up at all. After the fact they made an excuse that they had an equipment issue but did not notify me of this until afterwards. When the appointment was rescheduled, they suggested a day that I had a hard stop at 1:00 pm which they were notified. They said this would not be a problem. On the day they came, they came to the house very late again with not enough time to do the work. They were disorganized as had been the case and could not complete the work. We had to reschedule again.

I hired REEis to perform an energy audit on our home. The audit was very thorough and educational. The team was very professional and took their time in explaining every detail and answering all my questions. I highly recommend this organization.

Eduardo C[redacted] is a very pleasant, good person to work with. He is patient and willing to explain anything to make sure you understand. REEis' understanding of HVAC, airflow and TOTAL need and capabilities of their systems gives a level of comfort that you may not get from others. I would recommend that if you are looking for someone to take care of your heating and cooling needs you contact REEis. They even took care of all the paperwork for rebates etc. fo our new system. Job well done. Thank you!

We have worked with Eduardo twice and have been very happy both times - first for new ducts and then an AC system. One of the main reasons we chose Reeis a second time is that the installers do such a good job and are very nice to have in our home. Another professional was working on our roof and commented on what a good job was done on our duct work by Reeis.

I called this company (REEIS INC) because of their recommendation from "Rosie on the House" radio show, because they offered a free evaluation. The representative did a complete check-up including going into the attic and look at condition of the attic units (I have 2 inside/outside units)and were about 10 years old. He made his recommendations and suggested the $99 dollar full check up which included pressure checking the house including checking for any leaks through doors and windows and checking for flow of cold air.

The technician recommended we get insulation-was rated at R13. The blown in insulation settled over the years and were below the ceiling rafters. The a/c ducting had poor flow because of return air vent too small (16")-he recommended change to 18" and new bar grills to improve return air flow. He also recommended to change both a/c units outside and inside. He recommended Trane with a SEER rating of 16 and he gave me an estimate for around 15K.

This included: Trane XB16, R38 blown in insulation, rehang the A/C ducts so there are no kinks for better air flow, new 18" return vents with the new bar type grills, new thermostats (I have 2). Also when having the $99 evaluation, you get rebates for buying the insulation and A/c units-mine was $850

I got 5 more estimates and from other a/c companies and they were all ranged from 15K-21k. I went with Reeis because of the representative and salesperson (Eduardo) was so personable and was not pushy. He walked me thru the whole process. It took 4 days to get it all done and the A/C works great

Review: Put in wrong unit. Replacement Installalation unit is less tonnage & lower seer than contract called for. Serial numbers indicate the unit is over two and one half years. Also did not furnish an updated warranty.Desired Settlement: Unit replaced or refund monetary difference and warranty update .

Eduardo, Mike and the guys from REEis are fantastic. They are very patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Eduardo broke everything down for us in laymans terms so that we knew exactly what we were dealing with and what would work best for us. They completed their work in a timely manner, and followed up consistently with any questions/issues we had. The drywall guy is awesome that they use. He repaired everything so that when we painted over it, you would never know any work had been done. We are extremely happy with everyone working at / for REEis.

Service from Reeis is always exceptional and this time was no different. Eduardo's explanation of our options for a new unit was extremely thorough. He suggested multiple approaches to make our living room more comfortable in the summer. I especially liked that rather than just try and sell us a new unit he explained multiple scenarios, so we could make the best choice for our home. All of the workers were courteous and respectful of our home. I will continue to use Reeis for all of our A/C and heating needs.

Eduardo was very professional and did a great job of explaining the whole process. A little disappointed with the installation process. The installers left no information on how to operate the thermostats or how to set them up. They also left a little mess.

I started using REEis with the whole home energy audit. I was satisfied with the experience and working with [redacted]. I since have had REEis do my AC and now furnace work. The service man was [redacted]. He was so respectful to my home and pets. I actually went to check on him and he was on his hands and knees wiping my floor with a towel!!! He had no idea I was there...so this nice man made sure my home was super clean after he got down from the attic. I am a very happy customer!! He did a great job on the service work he completed. Thank you!

We were extremely pleased with the work performed by REEis. What was impressive was that after warranty expiration of the worked performed, they came back to our home and replaced a piece of ducting that did not get replaced in the originally installation work. There was no hassle and they just came back to our home and promptly replaced the ducting and installation at no additional charge. After the new installation was complete we received a follow-up call from REEis as they wanted to make sure were satisfied with the results. Thanks REEis and Staff for the great service++++.

We needed some A/C and furnace work done and were not happy with the company we went with. We ended up with more problems and bigger headaches. We heard about REEis and decided to give them a call. They sent a technician by the name of [redacted] out within a few days. He truly went above and beyond and you can tell he really takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. Since that initial visit, we have had [redacted] come out and fix some issues the prior company had not completed. We were very happy with the service we received!

We have been customers of Reeis for about three years. Recently our 3 ton air conditioner quit running and we called your company for help. [redacted] was dispatched to trouble shoot and solve our problem. We are writing to tell you what a great job [redacted] did and how happy we are with the results. [redacted] was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He dug into the problem and discovered that our compressor had an internal failure. He thoroughly and patiently explained the problem and went over our options. Luckily our compressor was still covered under warranty for parts and labor which eased the financial pain considerably. He rounded up the parts and had us back with cooling in less than 48 hours.

Very happy with systems and professional installations. I had both furnaces, coils, and compressors replaced. The Reeis crew paid attention to every detail of their perfect work.

I had Reeis do a Energy Efficiency Audit to see why our home is not being cooled well. They found several big problems with our duct system. They recommended an inexpensive way to correct the problems. We had the work done and was very satisfied with the results.

There technicians were professional, knowledgeable and efficient both on the audit and in completing the repair. I plan on using Reeis for all my future Heating and AC maintenance and repairs.

Very satisfied with everything from day one until completed.

I contacted REEis to have a look because the air flow in my house did not seem to be well balanced. I have been impressed so far with the level of investigation done by REEis. Their guy crawled all over the attic, measuring air flow and resistance. Even drew pictures to help illustrate what was happening. And most importantly, explained to my why.

Eduardo was my consultant. He was terrific. He sat down with me and explained all aspects of the energy audit. He drew the pictures and provided multiple options. Not high pressure at all. He is very knowledgeable.
